A strong quake struck at sea off the central Philippines on Friday, but there were no immediate reports of casualties or damage, seismologists said.
( C t3 M# d; ]/ g8 _The U.S. Geological Survey measured the quake at 6.0, while the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (Phivolcs) put it at 6.1.
