15 and 16: The next important resistance point is 16, the square of 4. 15 is 0 e$ [' @% n$ Q, a0 t' Y
important because it is 1¼ years.
+ T: m" l% M9 g7 a18: An important number for resistance in Time and Price because it is / \: ]" n2 M$ z* m; v) a! t
twice 9, 1½ times 12, 1/20th of a circle.
; m4 ]/ `! G# E( Q5 d20½: The half-way point between 16 and 25, therefore important at times.
- ?) k1 J" {! S' `% u4 ]4 Z% R22½ and 24: 22½ is 1/16 of a circle, 1/2 of 45. The reason why stocks often make

24 and 25: These are very important because 24 is twice 12 and 25 is the square

26: When you consider the square of 4, which is 16, and the even square ) G: |0 G' S1 Q5 Q) g \* o9 A
of 6, which is 36, the half-way point between them is 26, which is 3 @ n7 A( \) N: h% \- l
sometimes an important resistance point for Time and Price.! N" `; L! Z) ] O
27 and 28: Important tops and bottoms often come out around 27 to 28 months,
. x. Z0 ^( q+ z, Z+ ~% e$ yand major or minor campaigns end on this time period. The reason for + V% r- A5 U N) c0 ^4 ^5 z
this is that 4 times 7 is 28 and that 28 is 2-1/3 years. Three times 9 is
8 M6 k1 J0 ^ u* r& v6 |6 ^27 and anything that comes out on multiples of 3 is very important,
) }" o) Y+ R3 Q* h- abecause it is the first odd number that we can square, as the square of $ p6 e) M3 E$ O: W4 s) ]

0 m* H& n% s4 d' R) h30: Any half-way point or gravity centre is also important. Therefore, 30,
) M0 F. _2 v5 l% N( v+ N& W {$ {0 g* Swhich is 2½ years, is an important time period for changes in trend. 6 }* r+ V6 b$ i& Q- j5 G4 W$ X
Because 30½ is the half-way point between 25, the square of 25, and % J$ O* Q# \: K* V r1 J' a
36, the square of 6, it makes this period important.
/ w2 S0 f% O( ?6 g7 A9 s34 to 36: 33¾ is 3/4 of 45. You will recall that the bear campaign which ended 1 C( m, M: `+ P( ?
in July, 1932, was 34 months from the 1929 top. It is always
7 S5 T, k. g6 Q0 ]# Y Q& ?- Cimportant to watch for changes in trend around the 34th to 36th 8 c Z3 l* f! `9 ^ j3 y
months. 36 being the square of 6 makes this a strong resistance point. & F- @% i) m3 }
Three times 12 or the end of the 3rd year is another reason for strong

2 O% ?7 a9 i1 a" N* t, O39 and 40: 40 is a number referred to many times in the Bible. The children of
. e2 ~) Z2 {6 V1 v( ^* i2 ]Israel wandered 40 years in the wilderness. The food lasted 40 days. w2 d( f' b0 c. J6 K
40 equals 3-1/3 years. 7/8 of 45 is 39-3/8. Forty is 1/9 of a circle. All
- D& B; ^ k& u" I, I) f. ?of this makes these numbers important for time periods and resistance
; Y$ k3 P0 |+ Glevels on price.
' t1 N; i# T- R9 @1 g, Z3 { w42: is the next important number for resistance in Time and Price. It is 3½ ' _& P+ U r% V! y- d* ~0 A
years of time or 1/2 of a 7-year cycle. Also, 42½ is the half-way point . ` g( r' y# s; b; O* e, d# {
between the square of 6 and the square of 7.
, f& ~" L4 N4 I# ^45: This is the master of all numbers because it contains all the digits from
1 ]4 K$ W" M: Q' C' n Y5 R- B1 to 9. The 45° angle divides the 90° angle in half, making it an
; n0 ]9 Y: U8 E0 W O8 vimportant gravity centre. It is 1/8 of 360 and 5 times 9. Fast moves
( k* W5 M( H* Y: rup or down often occur in the 45th month. On any kind of chart that & o4 ]" T% N5 s: M
you make up with squares, you will find that 45 will come out on the ) w: S: s3 L$ }" V( }7 G2 N: w
45° angle or a 90° angle or an angle that is the equivalent of these # E: O9 c: ^6 d" f
angles. Notice how 45 comes out on the square of 9, the square of 20 ) N. _: ^6 t1 \/ t! E7 b" w5 s
and the square of 12, all proving that 45 is a Master Number. Use 45 9 ~# g6 P. q* C7 j u5 A
in every way possible for measuring Price, Time, Space and Volume 5 `( [& j& ?: [& W4 j0 B* ~; S
movements.2 z" \# }# v4 M/ M9 w) a- I
48 and 49: are strong and important numbers for changes in trend. 49 is 7 times ' d3 ~4 ^& q4 z6 W9 W( r0 X- b
7, or the square of 7, and 48 is 4 times 12, or the end of the 4th year.
4 Y: s3 B: X: X! S7 ?; COn a decline to 49 to 50, a stock often meets resistance and has a good
" z* j& F; e" x: Nrally from this point. The same with a stock on an advance to around
$ b4 E/ c, }/ {2 l49 to 50, meeting resistance around this point and reacting to 45
9 w0 c. G# {& L9 {+ ganyway.
4 h5 ~3 z' Y, ?$ x50: is important because it is one-half of 100. If we add 5-5/8 to 45, we
/ m7 I, g* C2 o6 Wget 50-5/8.6 I$ p8 `1 Q! J1 }+ o
52: This number has some importance because there are 52 weeks in a ) b: z$ U) a6 @$ X: q1 _( W
year and 51-7/8 is one-seventh of a circle of 360°. It is 4-1/3 years. . ~/ c% o7 y+ c! N; o- I* d: P1 m
52½ is the half-way point between 45 and 60, which makes this
% F5 T: L3 y" f$ l& bimportant to watch for resistance.
5 v! c9 C: z5 S" L0 v1 A8 H56 and 57: These are very important because 56¼ is 45 plus 11¼ or the half-way 4 @# E, T$ Y6 B5 y
point between 45 and 67½. 56½ is the half-way point between 49 and
/ H8 a& Q% l h2 @" @& F64.9 } i# o" h+ g! j7 ]2 i# E5 n
60: This is one of the very important numbers to watch for resistance. It * J6 D z: A; k+ _# y! G% Z
is an important time period because it equals 5 years in time or 1/2 of / d$ p5 ~1 R0 }* W7 e! A
the 10-year cycle or 1/4 of a 20-year cycle. It is one of the most
* f% i* M e% z% x Eimportant time periods after 45 to 49. 60 is 1/6 of the circle. Here ; L* w0 g3 L8 c3 O
again we use the rule of 3, multiplying 20 by 3, we get 60. 60 is 1/3
: H7 P/ q& M. m. M" Bof 180 and the halfway point between 45 and 75. Watch stocks that % Y* B9 Z4 C$ {& g
advance to around 60 or decline to around 60. If they hesitate several
, x" x1 d% @+ z2 r3 gdays, weeks or months, you will know that they are meeting resistance
( A: U) x2 d6 Y' P# Nat this point and a reverse move will occur.& j/ i# A4 R) V$ j. {; A
63 to 64: 62½ is 5/8 of 100. 63 is 7 times 9. 64 is the square of 8, and is 5-1/3 % x8 y, Y3 ?3 C- H% C
years, and the next important point to watch after 60.
7 m/ K9 Y" f- x& Q6 {! ?2 R! u8 K! A" O66 and 67: 66 is 5½ years or 5½ times 12. 67½ is 45 plus 22½ or 3/16 of a circle.3 y0 ^9 ^& M' c2 s' A j
70 to 72: The number 70 is referred to many times in the Bible. It is three score
4 N1 M; e, V& ` i: M$ \years and ten, the allotted span of the life of man. 70 is 7 times 10; 4 k. K A1 w& a. x
3½ times the 20-year cycle. 72 is 6 years and 72½ is the halfway . l6 d( b, [' m! I k- |& K* v
point between the square of 8 and the square of 9. 72 is 1/5 of 360. It / I7 G0 d0 }9 V! \
is also the square of 12 and a very important time period.6 c* Y" r' m7 z- _$ n* o
78 to 80: These are all important because 78-3/4 is 7/8 of 90; 80 is 4 times 20 ' _4 U: J7 z! m- W: `- {
and twice 40. 80 equals 1/18 of 360° circle and is 4/5 of 100. The
, @8 ` g4 Y3 P1 k4 fsquare of 9 is 81. Great resistance occurs around these price levels, 2 y) l' I) f. P9 Q. ]! I! y
and the endings and beginnings of cycles take place around these
/ u' w6 m% T$ Y% ymonths as you will find by looking them up on your charts.
' p" W& S/ S, h6 A& g( G8 x' p84 to 85: Strong resistance levels, because 84-3/8 is 15/16 of 90 and 84 is 7 ' T8 ?$ z# [6 ]; e$ W
times 12 and equals the 7-year cycle. At this point, the greatest ; C' g/ {. l ~
resistance is met before a stock reaches the 90th month or a price of
6 f1 \. d4 l x+ Q90. After it breaks under 90, it is the first important resistance level
. E- L( Q ^5 M0 C0 i0 Hbelow 90. G$ B% ?( B$ B- w; U7 f" H
89 and 90: 90 is one of the strongest points of all because it equals a vertical
' y+ @% M! W5 a- o- `angle and represents 1/4 of the circle. 90½ is the half-way point
, k4 {1 w3 s) w8 K/ Q+ c! f' pbetween 81 and 100, the square of 9 and the square of 10. In active $ O' W( O5 p; e, `+ {' A
markets, moves straight up and straight down occur when the 90th ! W8 s8 t. `8 U( c+ @
month, 90th week or 90th day is reached. The 90th month is the most
S: H- Z( t2 S$ A0 Cimportant, but the 90th week is also quite important.
% ~ ]8 Z5 { o* ^$ k; {& W, |You should always watch the 89th month for tops and bottoms and
5 C/ q, D/ ~% d0 \/ @important changes in trend. Many important campaigns begin and end ( m2 O+ _6 B( }5 m) Y7 E6 q
in the 89th month; some run to the 91st month. Note U.S. Steel
7 ]: z7 y1 g! e( u- S1 H$ ^- Z mmonthly 1915 to 1916 and see what happened around the 89th to 90th
# ^0 L; b. L$ ~0 {months.1 s0 Q2 L4 L* L3 }* a* U
On the daily chart the change often comes on the 92nd to 93rd day,
5 K) @2 X1 y' P u8 ~; B& j+ Bbut a movement often runs to around the 98th day before an important & T( ^8 b! c7 I% _9 t5 D; ~/ E
change. It is important to watch this point on a daily chart.
. k$ Q+ q2 Z8 i( J' o" n95 to 96: This is 8 times 12. 95-5/8 is 90 plus 5-5/8 and quite a strong
+ h6 l7 @9 {, _resistance level for price and time changes. When an important time
w* ^* H/ O& R, [$ @period comes out on the 96th to 98th month, you will often find an ! {3 j5 |, e: F0 C- w: e, n# v3 [
important change in trend because this is 8 times 12 and starts the 9th # Q2 R/ {5 f9 d, S/ o
year. The 9th year is always important and marks the ending of 8 P1 C9 y% w$ ?4 f- l
important campaigns with extreme high or low prices.
1 B: `6 K& s ]Stocks often advance to 95 to 97 and fail to make 100; then they often 5 G0 U( V7 j: k3 _
decline to 97 to 95 and meet strong support, rally and cross 100 again.
! s* O; [% A: T99 to 100: Important because 100 is the square of 10. 99 is 11 times 9. 100 is a " h Q* v4 }! Q8 _( W! N
psychological number for the public to buy and sell, or to hope for + Z$ v9 H' ]) J' ?' }) J+ _7 a
prices to reach. Stocks often go to 99 and fail to make 100 and often ( Q+ [7 ?' Q4 B/ {
decline to 99 and then start up again.
6 R" _4 O; S. [7 H+ {4 v8 i3 W' OStudy all of these important squares and gravity centers or half-way points and the
, V. M1 Z: ~6 hsquares of numbers above 12, as shown on the 360° Circle Chart. All of these
+ w1 I( z8 t) E: c; d+ v$ P; Pmathematical points will help you to determine changes in trend and resistance
