TIME is the most important factor of all, and not until sufficient time has expired does any

for accumulation or distribution.

stocks, even those in the same group. Therefore, judge each stock individually and keep up

Never decide that the main trend has changed one way or the other without consulting the
% C& Q& Q: d' d& a- b" `angles from top or bottom and without considering the position of the market and cycle of

Always consider the annual forecast and whether the big time limit has run out or not before 2 S; n! |6 a! ^. w+ O, O
judging a reverse move. Do not fail to consider the indications on Time, both from main tops 7 ^& I5 }& V' Z5 P' A' q3 m4 S
and bottoms, also Volume of Sales and position on Geometrical Angles.

9 L ~9 g) H1 U, m/ ]7 AA daily chart gives the first short change, which may run for 7 to 10 days; the Weekly Chart
8 M) X8 q4 v, Agives the next important change in trend; and the Monthly the strongest. Remember, weekly0 n" X0 w1 F4 i4 A( f
moves run 3 to 7 weeks, monthly moves 2 to 3 months or more, according to the yearly cycle, 0 U+ F4 g7 q5 b: D
before reversing.

' Q5 k9 l2 M$ Y$ [# N) H) tYearly bottoms and tops: it is important to know whether a stock is making higher or lower ' Z& A2 O4 j( y9 S# W$ j& o
bottoms each year. For instance, if a stock has made a higher bottom each year for five years, & d2 J$ k. x& @; M& J& K1 F
then makes a lower bottom than the previous year, it is a sign of reversal and may mark a long
! _1 }! s" v1 R N* V, I% Z) Mdown cycle. The same rule applies when stocks are making lower tops for a number of years % |. P( Z2 H* y" v) \, W
in a bear market.% ^. H$ |( x1 k! V) x" p" f

When extreme advances or declines occur, the first time the market reverses over 1/4 to 1/2 of

7 m! p& |# w O; PIt is important to watch space movements. When Time is running out one way or the other, ) H4 i% s. P2 E
space movements will show a reversal by breaking back over 1/4, 1/3 or 1/2 of the distance of 0 ^7 w) b$ F" K5 i. ~ n
the last move from extreme low to extreme high, which indicates that the main trend has / [# @1 x* j P0 T" C7 n
changed.
