15 and 16: The next important resistance point is 16, the square of 4. 15 is - {0 R2 r* M+ ^ c
important because it is 1¼ years." r/ U0 ~6 d. E# a, f5 |+ N
18: An important number for resistance in Time and Price because it is
% P0 Z2 z: U. M& E# E# i; ctwice 9, 1½ times 12, 1/20th of a circle.
+ L' G9 z7 r& M1 H6 M20½: The half-way point between 16 and 25, therefore important at times.
4 F6 c. b1 K% n; R" b& M( v22½ and 24: 22½ is 1/16 of a circle, 1/2 of 45. The reason why stocks often make
4 ^9 I( K* I* u: ]* v$ ftop or bottom in the 23rd month is because the angle of 22½° comes
* n7 G: |9 [7 r: a% k# o, cout at this point.& g+ x W) l# d
24 and 25: These are very important because 24 is twice 12 and 25 is the square

26: When you consider the square of 4, which is 16, and the even square
8 ^6 ~/ R! j, M* gof 6, which is 36, the half-way point between them is 26, which is 9 S7 V& ]5 o' a0 K' I- B- t" E! T
sometimes an important resistance point for Time and Price.3 ~7 t8 |8 l$ p
27 and 28: Important tops and bottoms often come out around 27 to 28 months, " J1 _+ v3 H, U# o
and major or minor campaigns end on this time period. The reason for
# R: e" r1 B0 Y4 f& T* M$ d- athis is that 4 times 7 is 28 and that 28 is 2-1/3 years. Three times 9 is
7 p H4 P8 C# O4 ?1 g' p# m; |& \27 and anything that comes out on multiples of 3 is very important, & V2 I9 B/ D ^3 p. K0 C, c
because it is the first odd number that we can square, as the square of

30: Any half-way point or gravity centre is also important. Therefore, 30, ! Z$ A5 R* v( K0 M
which is 2½ years, is an important time period for changes in trend.
: }2 t S+ \& g- Q! L; e& @Because 30½ is the half-way point between 25, the square of 25, and
h3 ^; ^% P1 k* l. t7 R36, the square of 6, it makes this period important.# u! l3 E+ ~" [6 h; T
34 to 36: 33¾ is 3/4 of 45. You will recall that the bear campaign which ended
D% k9 L4 \' T9 i4 E8 qin July, 1932, was 34 months from the 1929 top. It is always
8 p: S! Y' M5 r8 V! o* V* x) x; ]important to watch for changes in trend around the 34th to 36th
! p6 [. @0 T: z, vmonths. 36 being the square of 6 makes this a strong resistance point. # _- @9 J5 p# [
Three times 12 or the end of the 3rd year is another reason for strong
- E; Q1 J, e& D1 P! q+ V" _7 @9 Presistance at this point.
3 k8 H7 D; R. l% X0 \: h+ r8 d# ?39 and 40: 40 is a number referred to many times in the Bible. The children of
3 [' T! ~) @3 _" q' X5 m, k% |Israel wandered 40 years in the wilderness. The food lasted 40 days.
' F; o" ]. W' B# s40 equals 3-1/3 years. 7/8 of 45 is 39-3/8. Forty is 1/9 of a circle. All , x8 u# ^( ^( W9 Y3 f
of this makes these numbers important for time periods and resistance : F$ N/ V3 A2 X' n, h. M
levels on price.
- B$ p0 M3 C8 x, f2 C42: is the next important number for resistance in Time and Price. It is 3½
/ C5 v' } D' s. Byears of time or 1/2 of a 7-year cycle. Also, 42½ is the half-way point
4 s9 n; |. x4 ?$ Lbetween the square of 6 and the square of 7.! ^2 R2 e( K4 o5 d5 A
45: This is the master of all numbers because it contains all the digits from
1 @$ F) z9 ^/ r0 G+ E8 J1 to 9. The 45° angle divides the 90° angle in half, making it an
" E) P; P* i2 o9 F% z2 fimportant gravity centre. It is 1/8 of 360 and 5 times 9. Fast moves
7 k' X! T0 L: Rup or down often occur in the 45th month. On any kind of chart that - o8 J. l! S* s, c/ z6 m# y; g# @
you make up with squares, you will find that 45 will come out on the `1 A- Q- b: L* J
45° angle or a 90° angle or an angle that is the equivalent of these 9 \. v" e5 D4 X4 r+ ^ @
angles. Notice how 45 comes out on the square of 9, the square of 20 ' D6 ~( N. a1 _- y; T* ~. I" O/ ?
and the square of 12, all proving that 45 is a Master Number. Use 45 $ t" o- N/ H5 E' D+ }
in every way possible for measuring Price, Time, Space and Volume . c( X3 y0 g9 G" W! n

48 and 49: are strong and important numbers for changes in trend. 49 is 7 times 7 I9 A& A; M9 w
7, or the square of 7, and 48 is 4 times 12, or the end of the 4th year.
# M5 X' Y; U& p1 \0 POn a decline to 49 to 50, a stock often meets resistance and has a good ( D0 i$ f) h8 |" Y) v6 z3 t$ g
rally from this point. The same with a stock on an advance to around
& D5 `2 Z- e f; @2 M i5 l4 c; v49 to 50, meeting resistance around this point and reacting to 45
. M3 f+ |( C- }) f1 N" ]1 Oanyway.
$ _ e0 x0 n* @$ e) c2 d50: is important because it is one-half of 100. If we add 5-5/8 to 45, we
+ u5 O+ z- e q# w" Dget 50-5/8.( \9 E4 v( t" N: i: @* Q
52: This number has some importance because there are 52 weeks in a
0 V$ _6 H9 ^/ O8 K/ k. U/ F. r0 ]- \year and 51-7/8 is one-seventh of a circle of 360°. It is 4-1/3 years.
# H2 H2 V( j$ W1 y+ s& h @! n9 H p52½ is the half-way point between 45 and 60, which makes this
3 T, y4 `: L0 G- Uimportant to watch for resistance.# y! L% r& Y8 F2 c
56 and 57: These are very important because 56¼ is 45 plus 11¼ or the half-way
4 a0 W( a% ]' s& V5 e s) Bpoint between 45 and 67½. 56½ is the half-way point between 49 and
A( N% r5 u5 Y7 a# R- A64.7 [/ D# c5 D" T5 Y+ R% ^
60: This is one of the very important numbers to watch for resistance. It : | z% ~2 ^9 L% H, p* H* A
is an important time period because it equals 5 years in time or 1/2 of 1 q5 k: d, @) N4 t
the 10-year cycle or 1/4 of a 20-year cycle. It is one of the most . y% }8 m% q6 P& `
important time periods after 45 to 49. 60 is 1/6 of the circle. Here ; `6 I( P5 W) d/ o& p
again we use the rule of 3, multiplying 20 by 3, we get 60. 60 is 1/3
% Q P6 e1 ~8 i: D, G% m+ r2 Jof 180 and the halfway point between 45 and 75. Watch stocks that
: D/ A8 }+ K" X6 p. Hadvance to around 60 or decline to around 60. If they hesitate several % _7 J4 S2 b1 @9 y; E
days, weeks or months, you will know that they are meeting resistance 6 Z7 Q6 b+ `! p6 | }
at this point and a reverse move will occur.
2 S1 h6 R4 S# n7 i63 to 64: 62½ is 5/8 of 100. 63 is 7 times 9. 64 is the square of 8, and is 5-1/3
5 i+ P6 t8 }# r, R. s, Syears, and the next important point to watch after 60.
& I1 b' J8 H5 e% A9 R6 s& o66 and 67: 66 is 5½ years or 5½ times 12. 67½ is 45 plus 22½ or 3/16 of a circle.! J4 P, r" Y U% t0 ]7 ?; X2 K
70 to 72: The number 70 is referred to many times in the Bible. It is three score $ _' Q) k$ c5 Q4 }( v q
years and ten, the allotted span of the life of man. 70 is 7 times 10;
c" k8 O! f7 R3 V* B: _6 o6 c3½ times the 20-year cycle. 72 is 6 years and 72½ is the halfway / M; D/ ~: T( [- L
point between the square of 8 and the square of 9. 72 is 1/5 of 360. It ; O9 C0 I& f1 b7 K0 m
is also the square of 12 and a very important time period.0 m9 R; s* E$ N, w
78 to 80: These are all important because 78-3/4 is 7/8 of 90; 80 is 4 times 20 % i8 ~+ N' J) v$ Z e4 M! }
and twice 40. 80 equals 1/18 of 360° circle and is 4/5 of 100. The : ]9 I7 u4 `, V$ s, ?3 ?
square of 9 is 81. Great resistance occurs around these price levels, ! W6 s) i& j6 F2 R! G& h
and the endings and beginnings of cycles take place around these ) ]. z( O9 S1 y. k% C. k9 c
months as you will find by looking them up on your charts.
* v+ D( Z9 `8 Y" ?" C0 o7 I. a6 B84 to 85: Strong resistance levels, because 84-3/8 is 15/16 of 90 and 84 is 7
" ?2 W {( @1 N8 T. {) stimes 12 and equals the 7-year cycle. At this point, the greatest
J: ^, U9 ~9 R" Xresistance is met before a stock reaches the 90th month or a price of
" O% i" b: x9 H5 W0 c( X- P90. After it breaks under 90, it is the first important resistance level
+ v( R% s: b; W$ ]$ ^below 90.
' x6 `8 Z) o, [89 and 90: 90 is one of the strongest points of all because it equals a vertical
; g5 k* H G- p, eangle and represents 1/4 of the circle. 90½ is the half-way point j8 o% Q% o8 d
between 81 and 100, the square of 9 and the square of 10. In active
+ q6 j, k' w& X) b1 A1 Mmarkets, moves straight up and straight down occur when the 90th " v* c' I' R* K
month, 90th week or 90th day is reached. The 90th month is the most
6 @2 J N' j$ Y. I9 Q" z' Dimportant, but the 90th week is also quite important.( o8 ~. k/ J3 y# r4 a! Z
You should always watch the 89th month for tops and bottoms and
- r/ W* U3 L! K* Wimportant changes in trend. Many important campaigns begin and end
5 B( w( P% o. M4 \0 nin the 89th month; some run to the 91st month. Note U.S. Steel : p* s7 _4 I& ^% K
monthly 1915 to 1916 and see what happened around the 89th to 90th
3 O( T" k4 _/ x; {months.
3 g# y; x H( g' HOn the daily chart the change often comes on the 92nd to 93rd day, . v9 A' z) I0 E3 z
but a movement often runs to around the 98th day before an important 5 {1 f; P5 g ^
change. It is important to watch this point on a daily chart.
% x# C3 j" R. y7 m0 p95 to 96: This is 8 times 12. 95-5/8 is 90 plus 5-5/8 and quite a strong
% G& }) F# j3 _, Q+ W% l. bresistance level for price and time changes. When an important time ( ^3 _* r- L W% W6 s
period comes out on the 96th to 98th month, you will often find an
$ @2 R+ I k% ]( o8 b! a5 Yimportant change in trend because this is 8 times 12 and starts the 9th
8 c' r' h" i7 ?& jyear. The 9th year is always important and marks the ending of
0 g* j( [: g' h m4 `' {; _9 r3 iimportant campaigns with extreme high or low prices.
" L0 |- G. i+ i& kStocks often advance to 95 to 97 and fail to make 100; then they often
9 p' C; ^ r% X5 Q4 E4 V3 i2 tdecline to 97 to 95 and meet strong support, rally and cross 100 again.2 h. j: Z, B e2 I k- J! C: S. ?
99 to 100: Important because 100 is the square of 10. 99 is 11 times 9. 100 is a : k9 H f# n1 i9 U
psychological number for the public to buy and sell, or to hope for 3 d! t' Y1 C. ^) g! v
prices to reach. Stocks often go to 99 and fail to make 100 and often
" @9 Y0 X- M; C6 f. Wdecline to 99 and then start up again.# O2 a( ^4 g& ?6 ~
Study all of these important squares and gravity centers or half-way points and the
( S4 X) T' Z& c6 K7 Q. Vsquares of numbers above 12, as shown on the 360° Circle Chart. All of these
9 j( T. Q4 O! s: `8 a! Smathematical points will help you to determine changes in trend and resistance {$ @4 ` l' b: y, e
points.
