9 @# U1 \; g) r3 cimportant because it is 1¼ years.
( j2 [/ b+ o. Q( `18: An important number for resistance in Time and Price because it is / q& G" C- l, D/ _
twice 9, 1½ times 12, 1/20th of a circle.! t9 \4 ^7 K- M Q0 R2 G8 c" E* P
20½: The half-way point between 16 and 25, therefore important at times., _/ D ~. X8 U
22½ and 24: 22½ is 1/16 of a circle, 1/2 of 45. The reason why stocks often make
+ g7 v. Y0 p1 z% Qtop or bottom in the 23rd month is because the angle of 22½° comes $ W) e1 j/ d8 s$ r0 B* r# m9 w, e& ~
out at this point.
2 a. Z. ]7 [, j" }, e% ]9 S24 and 25: These are very important because 24 is twice 12 and 25 is the square % `! O% L v* g- y) A; w9 z
of 5 and 1/4 of 100.
# o- Y$ b: j h+ c( d& }" d26: When you consider the square of 4, which is 16, and the even square * y! J7 w' e+ P7 W% O; f- j5 }/ @- ?
of 6, which is 36, the half-way point between them is 26, which is
& w/ e) T* o; O F: i7 e# _ Jsometimes an important resistance point for Time and Price.
8 E7 M4 `% V9 t& U# u27 and 28: Important tops and bottoms often come out around 27 to 28 months, . e8 T* l5 `$ b9 m2 P3 G
and major or minor campaigns end on this time period. The reason for A' N7 F- M% e* ~+ w$ A# g( A
this is that 4 times 7 is 28 and that 28 is 2-1/3 years. Three times 9 is
6 m `) t% H# \2 r- Q- |27 and anything that comes out on multiples of 3 is very important, 2 b2 z# Y* @9 |. e; m
because it is the first odd number that we can square, as the square of 9 V: B% q/ O2 Z/ C
1 is 1.
6 s# _4 b! Q5 T6 Z! l' E30: Any half-way point or gravity centre is also important. Therefore, 30,
2 K0 [$ O: y9 d" p; S& \which is 2½ years, is an important time period for changes in trend.

important to watch for changes in trend around the 34th to 36th ; O! V' I7 _ X9 h% |1 I) p- g
months. 36 being the square of 6 makes this a strong resistance point. : W1 p3 Y, [, x- j* Z
Three times 12 or the end of the 3rd year is another reason for strong
/ H2 q5 ]8 t# k) {4 }resistance at this point.
: }. y, b7 j: N- o& m o- f39 and 40: 40 is a number referred to many times in the Bible. The children of
, I5 t& R/ h. lIsrael wandered 40 years in the wilderness. The food lasted 40 days.
5 B2 W8 s" m9 D! F2 A( Y40 equals 3-1/3 years. 7/8 of 45 is 39-3/8. Forty is 1/9 of a circle. All
. ^, @& Z+ v2 eof this makes these numbers important for time periods and resistance
3 R; b0 V8 n5 n/ b' Z. [' Flevels on price.
6 a2 O# A, j2 O* r! ~7 a0 r42: is the next important number for resistance in Time and Price. It is 3½ % |3 n3 F! P5 w+ Y& Q- l R. v6 [9 L
years of time or 1/2 of a 7-year cycle. Also, 42½ is the half-way point
* M. Q. X: @% ]6 M. Y# f/ m% L8 O. U& Bbetween the square of 6 and the square of 7., D* W% J8 W1 P3 V4 C
45: This is the master of all numbers because it contains all the digits from 3 y. Z1 D7 x8 u6 u$ A' B# X
1 to 9. The 45° angle divides the 90° angle in half, making it an : y5 c7 x4 P% h4 H4 e7 K4 Y0 E. k
important gravity centre. It is 1/8 of 360 and 5 times 9. Fast moves 6 g8 V4 `) x7 z( v# C
up or down often occur in the 45th month. On any kind of chart that
: P6 K6 l1 w* Z9 fyou make up with squares, you will find that 45 will come out on the
( n* n/ t) [4 y( U% Q: M45° angle or a 90° angle or an angle that is the equivalent of these
a0 G- M) C9 d" \' R0 @& F1 M/ A; Qangles. Notice how 45 comes out on the square of 9, the square of 20 : e+ t. V2 E2 f& Y
and the square of 12, all proving that 45 is a Master Number. Use 45
5 D& M- r4 H. b! \/ b8 r8 yin every way possible for measuring Price, Time, Space and Volume

) S+ o& ^* {+ l/ S# P1 @* Z- l5 J! E48 and 49: are strong and important numbers for changes in trend. 49 is 7 times
- e9 N8 I5 I8 C) L, N" r4 L7, or the square of 7, and 48 is 4 times 12, or the end of the 4th year.
% n8 L- I- e+ B) j# B2 nOn a decline to 49 to 50, a stock often meets resistance and has a good
6 y8 v# Z! s9 x- y4 Q r7 |rally from this point. The same with a stock on an advance to around ! Q) z( P9 S1 j7 `2 Y7 H2 v Q
49 to 50, meeting resistance around this point and reacting to 45
- B9 L W+ `7 \: Eanyway.
7 ~2 [8 ~* C" S4 V50: is important because it is one-half of 100. If we add 5-5/8 to 45, we l* J, S& i& \8 O, X1 j: C
get 50-5/8.& r$ a& {" x( D: F
52: This number has some importance because there are 52 weeks in a ; B' V2 R2 q- d# S. B2 @0 q
year and 51-7/8 is one-seventh of a circle of 360°. It is 4-1/3 years.
3 H0 C) x" R- [ g! h! Q1 O y52½ is the half-way point between 45 and 60, which makes this
% c+ T, y/ W# j5 T; L+ f) r9 himportant to watch for resistance.
2 L# B! b5 H9 }56 and 57: These are very important because 56¼ is 45 plus 11¼ or the half-way
" r. y: @7 _& t: ^) ?; p- `point between 45 and 67½. 56½ is the half-way point between 49 and
9 ]3 r, Z6 T+ X64.$ y6 R6 r2 s( v* `- R Z0 ~: R
60: This is one of the very important numbers to watch for resistance. It - P5 a ?6 _& d7 m- i
is an important time period because it equals 5 years in time or 1/2 of 5 P0 G1 O, j7 K! }
the 10-year cycle or 1/4 of a 20-year cycle. It is one of the most - ^. h2 d; \- n/ P
important time periods after 45 to 49. 60 is 1/6 of the circle. Here 1 a5 I2 j E& ^6 ~8 n
again we use the rule of 3, multiplying 20 by 3, we get 60. 60 is 1/3 ' s1 X1 Y' i" l# U ?; \
of 180 and the halfway point between 45 and 75. Watch stocks that
% G- ^. n) L3 l/ H" l; Padvance to around 60 or decline to around 60. If they hesitate several
) o0 E6 f2 d$ u, [days, weeks or months, you will know that they are meeting resistance 9 `3 m( `0 ?" T9 P, o
at this point and a reverse move will occur.
" \6 S( U( _- D8 c. j- l- p- w2 @( N63 to 64: 62½ is 5/8 of 100. 63 is 7 times 9. 64 is the square of 8, and is 5-1/3
1 A% f3 b$ i& r; t6 n9 o3 Dyears, and the next important point to watch after 60.
1 _# m( d: A/ V( J5 x; q; A% P% t66 and 67: 66 is 5½ years or 5½ times 12. 67½ is 45 plus 22½ or 3/16 of a circle.7 ^8 }9 d! k8 p) m# y( I8 |. H
70 to 72: The number 70 is referred to many times in the Bible. It is three score
7 A$ q4 K, ~: i) Y* T [3 ayears and ten, the allotted span of the life of man. 70 is 7 times 10;
# t2 _2 C& E3 g$ K" T6 C. ^3½ times the 20-year cycle. 72 is 6 years and 72½ is the halfway
* c3 m6 P( F' U$ z s- vpoint between the square of 8 and the square of 9. 72 is 1/5 of 360. It 7 l) B- v& u- h, x3 k2 y9 \( @+ u) I0 O
is also the square of 12 and a very important time period.
- S' F4 ~2 ~3 y4 I9 i% f78 to 80: These are all important because 78-3/4 is 7/8 of 90; 80 is 4 times 20 ' p) v* l- g; ]
and twice 40. 80 equals 1/18 of 360° circle and is 4/5 of 100. The
3 ~+ N1 k6 R/ L% D0 Csquare of 9 is 81. Great resistance occurs around these price levels,
! `( d3 C, r |# }and the endings and beginnings of cycles take place around these 0 I! x' T g; Z4 L* s1 U+ X* J
months as you will find by looking them up on your charts.9 r3 N, H3 t p, h
84 to 85: Strong resistance levels, because 84-3/8 is 15/16 of 90 and 84 is 7
+ \4 ]$ v; {: btimes 12 and equals the 7-year cycle. At this point, the greatest % {0 s6 m* @& O( `1 e' j
resistance is met before a stock reaches the 90th month or a price of
5 p8 b/ n& _, q5 v90. After it breaks under 90, it is the first important resistance level
! I3 Q6 j" J* x' a) |9 A/ a, v4 sbelow 90.# ?7 I6 `' v/ T) V
89 and 90: 90 is one of the strongest points of all because it equals a vertical ' b* R- j% B* Z. u
angle and represents 1/4 of the circle. 90½ is the half-way point
+ O! J" z8 a' B1 ebetween 81 and 100, the square of 9 and the square of 10. In active
6 }) R) R$ a3 A6 ^" C/ _1 mmarkets, moves straight up and straight down occur when the 90th
$ z+ W, R2 v) |, c* d. G/ bmonth, 90th week or 90th day is reached. The 90th month is the most 1 X1 D+ k8 r7 O& V, _
important, but the 90th week is also quite important.; O7 }" b- _# }! w9 T% |
You should always watch the 89th month for tops and bottoms and ! g% w5 R4 O" C( T4 Y
important changes in trend. Many important campaigns begin and end / @2 G" O% p' `
in the 89th month; some run to the 91st month. Note U.S. Steel . a. i E5 x- D; z2 I7 Y- ]
monthly 1915 to 1916 and see what happened around the 89th to 90th * G# x4 K3 l: b, t, ]0 f6 e0 j
months.
& r5 r& y- n! s: S F' x& OOn the daily chart the change often comes on the 92nd to 93rd day,
. z: A+ A5 ~3 \+ j. j1 K2 C9 g! |$ Lbut a movement often runs to around the 98th day before an important % p0 C* y3 R' G: s$ J! `
change. It is important to watch this point on a daily chart.. p. z; i9 E9 ]5 I) _
95 to 96: This is 8 times 12. 95-5/8 is 90 plus 5-5/8 and quite a strong
( a( h2 X8 W2 q, Cresistance level for price and time changes. When an important time ) ~ d9 K5 l& [* T
period comes out on the 96th to 98th month, you will often find an & h# B% \9 u& [
important change in trend because this is 8 times 12 and starts the 9th ( X6 O4 r' F- o1 d1 M( L& e
year. The 9th year is always important and marks the ending of
, z# h) [& @. v# n1 ximportant campaigns with extreme high or low prices.1 }$ h' B9 r8 Q
Stocks often advance to 95 to 97 and fail to make 100; then they often
" `% ^% Y+ j. [7 u* c6 Ddecline to 97 to 95 and meet strong support, rally and cross 100 again.
: W+ J5 O+ h- O+ {9 A4 q; J! ?99 to 100: Important because 100 is the square of 10. 99 is 11 times 9. 100 is a 5 J( m) ~; I9 b
psychological number for the public to buy and sell, or to hope for 8 G9 f8 o( ^, x5 R7 G3 h) b
prices to reach. Stocks often go to 99 and fail to make 100 and often
. t8 h; g9 l y$ J/ X! y; ^decline to 99 and then start up again.$ y- G3 N" E. W- G, M
Study all of these important squares and gravity centers or half-way points and the
! s1 [* l2 e p$ I' i( w# |: Vsquares of numbers above 12, as shown on the 360° Circle Chart. All of these
- ?8 q ]* |% C2 J$ F% C8 D7 Dmathematical points will help you to determine changes in trend and resistance % x7 q, o0 ]1 M6 y
points.
