2. They get bonus when companies are losing money.

4. The ego of board members and staff have them waste money on travel, restaurants, cars, credit cards etc
! ~# o: d7 H$ S- W3 X3 {5. The company can disappear like Enron etc- h! w8 r/ t7 v# ^! W
6. They always talk up the company and never tell you the real situation so they can off load there shares to the public.
; ` x9 ^2 C, |+ d. e/ m5 V% B7. They invest in other companies when they have little or no experience.
$ x$ a+ n, g" l a8. Stocks usually go up in Boom  s and down in Bad s nothing to do with the company at all.2 y5 m( t0 \; c5 x8 b. ]/ S
9. Costs that rise in companies come out of share holders profit, they rarely try to reduce costs as its not there money.% d; T- a: J% P
10. If the staff in these companies really had ability they would be working for themselves.$ g+ w1 Y/ n1 X) @: z) p8 J
