2. They get bonus when companies are losing money.

5 b3 |- _" d5 E1 y( d; R+ c4. The ego of board members and staff have them waste money on travel, restaurants, cars, credit cards etc
$ g2 a6 ~/ R9 \( @* c5. The company can disappear like Enron etc7 G. B, o( m+ N: h) B5 e/ R! o H
6. They always talk up the company and never tell you the real situation so they can off load there shares to the public.8 }: p i, E+ `4 V+ G8 K
7. They invest in other companies when they have little or no experience.
3 w% y" n8 ^. A; i g8. Stocks usually go up in Boom  s and down in Bad s nothing to do with the company at all.! B6 I7 y: a1 c1 _- ]3 M: E% e
9. Costs that rise in companies come out of share holders profit, they rarely try to reduce costs as its not there money.% o8 Q. U; } O. V5 ?1 z9 E! T
10. If the staff in these companies really had ability they would be working for themselves.5 G' d- c: I& P0 w- C" L
