there are 108 beads. It is written in Vedas, that 1 Jap corresponds to Y' O; ~) K: x5 N: C0 |2 m5 N) ]# T5 O
1 mala (which has 108 beads), therefore performing jap of 108 malas will( q1 z5 B7 F* e9 l9 J8 ^" z
result in 100% benefit.
