"You must not give too much weight to the averages, but should determine the position of each individual stock which composes these averages. … The law of averages works when applied to life insurance. The actuary can figure the lives of 1000 men at various ages and tell on an average how many of them will die each year, but the actuary cannot figure on one individual and tell when he will die from the position of the average because of the fact that men born at different times are grouped under the same average. Stock averages are also made up of stocks from companies which are 5, 10, 20, 30, 50, and 100 years old. With such a wide difference in the time of the incorporation, and with the industries located in different parts of the country and influenced by local as well as other conditions, it is only natural that some of them must go opposite to the trend of the average group.
Therefore, in order to get a reliable Forecast, each company and its stock must be analyzed separately, judged and forecast individually and not collectively."

To beat the stock market is a battle of wits. Your mind must be active, keen and alert. You must be able to change your mind and act quickly. Patience is a virtue, especially in the stock market. Acquire it if you can. You must have patience to wait for the right opportunity to come, and not be overanxious and get in too soon. Once you buy or sell a stock and it starts moving in your favor, you must have patience to hold it until there is a good reason or sufficient cause for closing the trade. Never close a trade just because you have a profit; do not become impatient and get out for no real reason. Every act, either in opening or closing a trade, must have a sound basic cause behind it. Hopes and fears must be eliminated. There is no use selling a stock because you fear it is going down, nor buying it because you hope it is going up. Look at your charts and see which way the trend points and follow it. If no definite trend is shown, use patience and wait.
Nerve is just as essential as patience; in fact, nerve is the equal of capital. In getting my experience, I have been broke over 40 times, I have lost all of my money, but there never has been a time yet when I lost my nerve. Years ago, when I was experimenting and working on methods for forecasting the market, I would get in the market wrong and lose all my working capital, but I never let it get my "goat." I studied very carefully how I made the mistake and what the cause of the loss was. In this way, I profited by every mistake and loss, and was enabled to perfect my method of forecasting and trading so that I could make a success.

Looking backward brings nothing but regrets. I always believe in facing the future with nerve and hope. But let the nerve and the hope be based on some sound principle that will prevent costly mistakes of the past. During my career I have seen many traders who had made one mistake after another and suffered severe losses, and still had some capital to work with but when an opportunity appeared, they lacked the nerve to act. In cases of this kind, the nerve would have been more valuable than capital.
In the early part of my career I made some great success, and what might be called lucky strikes. I made a lot of money easily and then I spent or lost it easily. But I did not give up or lose my nerve. I always figured that I was a better man after each reverse, because I had acquired experience. Experience is the only school to learn in and the burnt child is the one who knows the pain from having put his fingers in the fire. Mistakes are all right and hard to avoid. They are good for us, because if we profit by them, they prove valuable. But it is wrong to make the same mistake the second time. Therefore, use every mistake as a stepping stone to progress; analyze each mistake you make and the cause of every loss, in order to avoid repeating the same error in future. With each experience I had, good or bad, I accumulated knowledge, and after all, knowledge is the greatest power of all, for capital will always come to knowledge.
Good health is essential to success in any line. It is one of the great assets for success in the speculative market. At least twice a year a man should close up all of his trades, get entirely out of the market, and go away for a vacation or stay away from the market and rest up. Let your mind rest and your judgment get clear. The man who continually sticks to any business too long without a rest or change gets his judgment warped. He gets in a rut and sees things from a one-sided point of view. When you are in the market on either side, it is but human nature for you to hope that it will go your way, and you, therefore, give greater weight to any event that seems to indicate a favorable move to your side. When you are out of the market, you are able to see things as they really are, and judge the market without a distorted view, with hope and fear eliminated. Traders who are continually in the market day in and day out and never allow any time to elapse between trades, sooner or later lose all their money
I know one trader who follows scientific forecasting and makes a success. He never makes more than five or six trades in the year. If he buys stocks during the winter or early spring for a rise, and the advance materializes as he expected, he sells out and takes his profits. Then he leaves the market alone, sometimes for several months. In the summer, if he sees indications of a bull or a bear market starting, he gets in again, and if the market moves his way, he may follow it up and pyramid for several months. When he gets an indication that the end is near, he closes up his trades, takes his profits, and like the wild geese, wends his way to the sunny South. Sometimes he stays all winter in Florida, hunting and fishing; then goes over to Hot Springs, Arkansas, takes a course of baths; returns to Wall Street in good health and fit for another tilt with the Bulls and Bears.
He makes a specialty of trading in certain favorite stocks. He studies them closely and watches for certain signs that he considers almost infallible. When these signs come, he acts. He does not hurry until the time comes, but when it does, there is no hesitation -- he buys or sells. He keeps cool, calm and collected, and waits for the time to open or close a trade. Another thing he never does is to expect any fixed amount of profits or set any specific time for getting out. I have often seen him make a trade and it would go against him. He would get out and say, "Well, I guess I'll go back to my office and watch them for awhile." Sometimes it would be days or weeks before he made another trade, but when he did, it was based on some good sound reason, and 90 per cent of the time the second trade proved a winner. But suppose he had held the first trade he made and hoped it would move his way. His judgment, being biased, would have become more unreliable all the time. There is nothing like being out of the market and looking them over from an impartial viewpoint. When there is no definite trend, stay out, watch and wait, and your patience will be rewarded.

Note the angle of 11.25. Note the number 11 on all of different charts. Study the position
of 7 times 7 or 49 on all of your permanent charts. Then you will understand why the children of ISREAL marched 7 times around the walls of JERICHE, blew the ram's horn 7 times and the walls fell down on the 7th day. This law is also backed with astrological proof, but anything that can be proved in any way or by any science is not correct unless it can be proved by numbers and by geometry.
The human body represents the time cycles and every measurement of angles. You have 5 fingers on each hand/ they are above the waistline or solar plexus and represent the 10-year cycle or the two 5-year cycles, which are 1/4 and 1/2 of the 20 year cycles. You have 10 toes, but note that there are 5 on one side and 5 on the other. This indicates that one 10-year cycle which is below the base line, must run opposite to the 10 above the base line, but that the 10 and 20-year tops and bottoms will come out according to the proper measurements from the base or beginning point. Study the different divisions of your limbs.

Note the 3 divisions of your fingers, and that the third join or ends of your fingers are shorter than the other two, and that the thumb really contains only two spaces or joints, where your fingers contain 3, Learn the secret of this and you will learn why the thumb is so important. Study all of these master charts; apply them to space, time and you will find the cause of tops and bottoms and will know how to determine resistance levels. Go back over and of the old charts you have and study the places where they have had the greatest resistance.
Note the price, than determine the time by weeks, months or days, and you will be able to learn how to understand future movements. Look up the position of your master twelve chart and your square of nine, then consider your geometrical angles from west to east, according to time, then consider your angles from the different bases or beginning points and you will be able to determine the position of a stock.
The square of nine, the master twelve square, and the geometrical angles are all mathematical points and do not contradict each other but harmonize and prove up the different mathematical points.
The Mysterious Origins of the W. D. Gann’s Square Of Nine

The Square of Nine is undoubtedly the most mysterious and popular of W. D. Gann’s financial market calculators. There is something about this strange number wheel.
One wonders what it is about this spiral number chart that so peaks everyone’s interest. Is it simply the promise of great fortune for decoding the secret calculator of a legendary market master? Or is there something more subtle, something mysterious, ancient, and unknown that resonates deeper in the being of those intrigued by this chart?
It is said that Gann discovered the Square of Nine in India, a story that has not been verified, but would not be surprising since the Square of Nine may be found all over India. In Hindu temples throughout the land, there are small 5 x 5 squares (the inner square of the Square of 9) next to the doorways.
This leads us to an ancient Vedic diagram called the Parmasayika Grid (Figure 1). In this diagram a lotus grows out of the naval of the cosmic man, at the exact center of the grid. This lotus is “Brahma” the universal vital principle, extending itself out through the lotus blossom into the multi-dimensional grid of the manifesting universe.
Since vegetable growth, along with all life, extends itself in spiral motion, it would circumambulate the grid from center ring to outer, just as price and time do on Gann’s calculators. As the lotus grows, it progresses from the greater deities at the center to the lesser deities at the outer edge, the deities representing in the sacred tradition, universal laws and principles by which all that is born and exists in manifest space-time is governed. See Figure 1.
This universal vital principle, “Brahma”, which comes forth from the center as the lotus flower extending itself into 3 dimensional space-time, is pure consciousness projecting itself into form according to mathematical relationships and harmonies. This projection can take on individual and physical form like a tree or a person, or it can be a group form like a business, a school or even an essentially non-physical thought form like a financial market.
That group form is composed of all of the thought, work, energy and activity of any kind that is connected with that particular pattern of form. Hence, soybeans and charts of soybean behavior are graphical representation of the conglomerate of thought energy about soybeans
In The Hindu Temple, Stella Kramrisch presents the ground plan for Hindu temples since ancient Vedic times, called the Vastupurusamandala (Figure 2), again our Square of 9, defining it as, “the place for the meeting and marriage of heaven and earth, where the whole world is present in terms of measure, and is accessible to man…” She explains that its essential form is a square which, “can be converted into a triangle, a hexagon, octagon and circle of equal area and retain its symbolism…”
Sounds strikingly similar to Gann’s Coffee Rio, Hexagon, and 360 Degree Charts. She further explains that, “the Vastu of 64 squares is meant for the construction of shrines and for worship by Brahmanas, and the Vastu of 81 squares is for the construction of other buildings and for worship on behalf of kings.” Here with the 8 x 8 square, we discover Gann’s Squareof 4, the inner square of the Square of 8, as the alternative to the Square of 9, perhaps giving us an explanation for Gann’s use of 8 x 8 grid paper for his charts.

Kramrisch continues, “the square of the Vastupurusamandala is divided into small squares and in diagonals…their points of intersection are the vital parts and tender spots (marma) of the site…these must not be hurt or interfered with…”, Gann’s familiar crosses forming the “hot spots” on the Square of 9. See Figure 2.
However, we may still wonder what exactly these sensitive “marma” points are measuring; how is this “marriage of heaven and earth” quantified? An ancient Hindu architectural text dedicates its wisdom, “for the pleasure of the astronomers and astrologers, as it has been transmitted from Brahma to our days through an unbroken series of sages. Building is begun under favorable stars. They are consulted when the ground is taken possession of and when the rite of depositing the Germ of the temple is performed. The regents of the planets and the stars have their allocation in the diagram of the temple and their images are carved on its walls. By them are regulated the measurement of the whole building and its parts; the life of the donor, and the age of the temple too. The temple is built in the likeness of the universe and is its reduced image.”
Growth within the builder’s grid ensues from a specific point of birth, and exactly at the point when the seed is germinated and growth initiated, the planets and stars are carved into their positions on the walls of the grid. On the walls of Gann’s grid we find the 360 ° circle of the zodiac, marking the motions of the planets and stars, and the birth point is likewise an essential key for Gann, for it is the beginning point of the number count in the square, and essential for casting a proper natal chart.
The Square of 9 is an instrument which calculates the mathematical measure of the growth of a form from a germination point, and correlates the motion or growth of that form with the astronomical and astrological influences governing it, allowing the analyst to read the stages of and influences upon the development of the Stupa, lotus, form or market.
Daniel Ferrera in his new course, said clearly that the Square of 9 as a mathematical and astronomical calculator. He also points out that the Square of 9 is not to be perceived in only its two-dimensional perspective, but as a pyramid, spiraling from the center around and down to the outer ring at the base of the pyramid.
Manifest form projects itself into the three dimensions of space and time in the form of a three-dimensional conic, not a two-dimensional spiral. Therefore we should perceive the growth of our form taking on extension in the Z-plane forming a vortex, whirlpool, or conic spiral as it rotates through the mathematical grid of planetary and stellar influences.
India is not the only ancient civilization to have possessed this subtle wisdom. Again, in Ancient Egypt we find the same design built into the ground plan of the Great Pyramid, probably the oldest surviving structure on Earth, dated by recent research to perhaps earlier than 10,000 B.C.E., and theorized by some to be the last remnant of the legendary Atlantis.
Of the importance of the Square of 8 and 9 grid relationship, Schwaller says, “These two lengths, 8 and 9, are related to musical harmony. This is the tone in music and also the ratio between the diameter of a disk and the side of a square of the same surface area. The sum of 8 and 9 is 17, the famous number of Jabir [the famous Arabic alchemist of the 8th century C.E.]. It is associated with 28 and is the key number for the “balance” (mizan,measure of balance).”

“As Above, So Below.” Is it surprising, then, that a diagram of such importance to the ancients is to be found applicable to the modern financial markets? Obviously the ancients chose this design as the basis for their most holy and magnificent achievements for an important purpose. We see in both the Egyptian and Vedic traditions that the Square of Nine has, since the beginning of time, been used as a measure of the relationship between man and cosmos.

The Hexagon Chart

Since everything moves in a circle and nothing moves in straight lines, this chart is to show you how the angles influence stocks at very low levels and very high levels and why stocks move faster the higher they get, because they have moved out to where the distance between the angles of 45 are so far apart that there is nothing to stop them and their moves are naturally rapid up and down.

We begin with a circle of “1” , yet the circle is 360* just the same . We then place a circle of circles around this circle and six circles complete the second circle , making a gain of 6 over the first one , ending the second circle at 7, making 7 on this angle ，a very important month, year , and week as well as days , the seventh day being sacred and a day of rest .
The third circle is completed at 19 . The fourth circle around is completed at 37 – a gain of 18 over the previous circle . The fifth circle is completed at 61 , a gain of 24 over the previous circle . The sixth circle is completed at 91 , a gain of 30 over the previous circle ,and the seventh circle at 127 , a gain of 36 over the last circle .
Note that this completes the first Hexagon and as this equals 127 months , shows why some campaigns will run 10 years and seven months , or until they reach a square of the Hexagon ,or the important last angle of 45* .
The eighth circle around is completed at 169 , a gain of 42 over the first .This is a very important angle and an important time factor for more reasons than one . It is 14 years and one month , or double our cycle of 7 years . Important tops and bottoms culminate at this angle as you will see by going over your charts .
The ninth circle is completed at 217 , a gain of 48 over the previous circle . The tenth circle is completed at 271 , a gain of 54 . Note that 271 is the ninth circle from the first , or is the third 90* angle or 270* , three fourths of a circle , a strong point .. All ，this is confirmed by the Master Twelve Chart , by the four seasons and by the Square of Nine Chart , and also confirmed by the Hexagon chart ., showing that mathematical proof is always exact no matter how many ways or from what directions you figure it .
The eleventh circle is completed at 331 , a gain of 60 over the last circle . The twelfth circle is completed at 397 , which completes the Hexagon ., making a gain in 11 circles of 66 from the beginning .
66 months , or 5 years and six months , marks the culmination of major campaigns in stocks . Note how often they culminate on the 60th month , then have a reaction , and make a second top or bottom in the 66th month . Note the number 66 on the Master Twelve Chart . Note it on the Square of Nine and note that 66 occurs on an angle of 180* on the Hexagon chart , all of which confirms the strong angle at this point . We have an angle of 66* , one of 67.5* and one at 68 , confirming this point to be doubly strong for tops and bottoms or space movements up or down .
Note the number 360* on the Hexagon Chart . It completes a circle of 360* . From our beginning point this occurs at an angle of 180 * on the Hexagon Chart going around , but measuring from the center , it would equal an angle of 90* or 180* , making this a strong point , hard and difficult to pass, and the ending of one campaign and the beginning of another .
Again with the center of the Hexagon Chart at “1” notice that 7,19,37,61,91,127,169,217,271,331, and 397 are all on this direct angle and are important points in time measurement . Beginning with “1” and following the other angle , note that 2,9,22,41,66,97,134,177,226,281, and 342 are all on a same angle of 90*, or an angle of 60* and 240* as measured by the Hexagon Chart .
Go over this Chart and the important angles each way and you will see why the resistance is met either on days, weeks, months or years, and why stocks stop and make tops and bottoms at these strong important points according to time.
When any stock has passed out above 120* or especially above 127* or 127 points and gone out of the square of the first Hexagon , its fluctuations will be more rapid and it will move faster up and down . Notice near the center that in traveling from 66 to 7 you strike the angle of 180* or 90* , but when the stock gets out to 162,it can travel up to 169 before striking another strong angle . That is why fast moves occur up and down as stocks get higher and as they move from a center of time.

Remember that everything seeks the center of gravity and important tops and bottoms are formed according to centers and measurements of time from a center , base or beginning point , either top or bottom .The angles formed going straight up and across ,may form just the same going across as the stock travels over for days, weeks, months or years .Thus , a stock going up to 22.5 would strike an angle of 22.5 * .and the higher it is when those angles are struck and the angle it hits going up , the greater the resistance to be met . Reverse that rule going down.
Market movements are made just the same as any other thing which is constructed . It is just the same as constructing a building .First the foundation has to be laid down and then the four walls have to be completed and last , but not least of all , the top has to be put on . The cube or hexagon proves exactly the law which works because of time and space in the market . When a building is put up it is built according to a square or hexagon. It has four walls or four sides,a bottom and a top ; therefore , it is a cube .
In working out the 20- year Cycle in the stock market , the first 60* or 5 years , from the beginning forms the bottom of the cube . The second 60* , running to 120* , completes the first angle or the first side and runs out the 10 year Cycle . The third 60 * or the second side , ends 15 years or 180 *. It is very important because we have the building half completed and must meet the strongest resistance at this point . The fourth 60 * , or at the end of 20 yrs or 240 months , completes the third side . We are now two thirds around the building , a very strong point which culminates and completes our 20 – year Cycle .The fifth 60 * , or 300 * point , days,weeks,or months completes 25 years , a repetition of the first five years , but it completes the fourth side of our building and is a very important angle . The sixth 60 * , or 360 * , completing the circle and ending 30 years as measured by our Time Factor , which runs 1* per month on an angle of 45 * , completes the top .This is a complete cube and we begin over again . Study this in connection with the Hexagon Chart . It will help you .
Like causes produce like effects. Wireless telegraphy, the phonograph and the radio are based on this law. The limit of future predictions based on exact mathematical law is only restricted by lack of knowledge of correct data on past history to work from. It is just as easy to figure 100 years or 1000 years in the future as one or two years ahead, if you have the correct starting point and know the cycle which is going to be repeated.
"A few years ago even scientific men, not alone the public, would have laughed at such a thing and refused to believe it. But mathematical science, which is the only real science that the entire civilized world has agreed upon, furnishes unmistakable proof of history repeating itself and shows that the cycle theory, or harmonic analysis, is the only thing that we can rely upon to ascertain the future.
"'How do I forecast future cycles?' you may ask. In order to forecast future cycles, the most important thing is to begin right, for if we have the right beginning, we will get the right ending. If we know the cause of the effect, then there can be no doubt about predicting the future event or effect.

The “Tunnel Thru the Air” is mysterious and contains a valuable secret, clothed in veiled language.” These are Mr. Gann's own words in the foreword of the novel. I have had the good fortune to discover a part of this secret. The reason for writing this article is to display the depth of his writing and inspire others to investigate its mysteries.
Have you ever considered the title of the book? “The Tunnel Thru the Air or, Looking Back from 1940”? Strange, isn't it? The title will, however, give us two clues. The first is the slang spelling of the word through, the second is the year 1940. The last date in the book is in 1932. I was also puzzled by the fact that the subject of the title, the Tunnel, played merely a minor part in the plot. The story could have worked well without this artifact. There might just be a hidden meaning here somewhere...
Another curious fact is the frequent use of the number 69. Robert Gordon was born on 6.9.1906. He occupied an office on 69 Wall St. and the Jonah “key” is on page 69. What if Mr. Gann was hinting at the Zodiacal sign Cancer, which is symbolized by this figure? When I consider the Jonah parallel, that the “Son of man (would) be three days and three nights in the heart of the Earth”, I cannot help thinking about the moon's disappearance during a lunation. It is invisible for three days and three nights. You could also say that it is “in the heart of the Earth” as it is placed directly between the Sun and the Earth, just as the voice of our heart receives the light of our Lord. The Son of man, Jesus, was the perfect reflector of the light from above. Cancer is ruled by the Moon.
On page 177 we find the first encounter between Robert and an astrologer. Robert wants to know how and when he will meet his Marie, and Professor Joyful, as he is called, tells him that they will reunite in New York, since this city is ruled by Cancer and his radix Venus is in this sign. On page 248 there is the letter from the Canadian astrologer who points to the heavenly constellations at the time Marie disappeared. Venus was about to change signs from Cancer to Leo and was separating from, among others, Mars. In the last sentence of the letter, he said that a progressed conjunction between Venus and Mars would bring her back. There are several methods for progressing a horoscope and progressing alone is not accurate enough to explain why they would meet at that date in 1932. What the statement does, is to throw some light on the association between Robert and Mars. The association between Venus and Marie is already well established.
If you cast a horoscope for the time and place Marie wrote her farewell note to Robert ( June 5, 1927 - 3 a.m.), you will find that Venus and Mars is within orb of conjunction in the sign Cancer. They would not share this sign until August 1932! There would be several conjunctions between the two planets, but none in Cancer as viewed from the Earth. But what about the incident in Paris, mentioned on page 241, where Robert was sure he saw Marie? If you look up your Heliocentric Ephemeris you will find that “in the latter part of February 1929” there was a conjunction in Cancer! No wonder why the morning was “sunshiny”!
I hope you see the pattern here, but one important question remains. Why did they reunite around 11 a.m. on August 30, 1932? Why that date and that time? Mr. Gann was careful to write 3 a.m. on the farewell note. Could we not suspect that the timing of the reunion should be as accurate?
It is here we must confer the moon. If you cast another horoscope for the exact time and place of this final event and check out the position of the moon you will get the answer. The Moon is at the exact same spot it occupied when they were separated! This event is called a Lunar Return, just as any anniversary date is a Solar Return. Mr. Gann must have been doing some detailed planning to mold this plot together! But it does not stop here. Now it is time to look back to the title.

“The Tunnel Thru the Air.” Doesn't it strike you that there is a similarity between this title and “The Lunar Return”? It sure made me take a closer look. The only problem appeared to be that you'd need an extra “r”. Hey, wasn't there a subtitle? I grabbed my game of Scrabble and wrote the whole thing, subtitle, numbers and all across our coffee-table. I tried several possibilities but nothing made sense. What about the number? Maybe it could be 0419 and point to some important page? No, the book is “only” of 418 pages.

Suddenly it dawned on me. Numerology! The numbers are letters, just as letters are numbers! Using the Pythagorean method and replacing zero with the letter “o”, it took only ten more minutes before I had the solution. The new title that emerged made sense, no letters were left over and it seemed I had the original idea for Mr. Gann to write the book! Why he would start with the mother, Amelia Gordon, and why he would end it as he did. Do you want to know the hidden title? Here you go: “From the Lunar Return, looking back to his mother.”

There is absolutely no doubt that the Moon has a major influence on the S&P 500, especially during the trading day. This influence comes from a real, physical cause and effect relationship.
Everyone knows that the Moon has a strong effect on the oceans. It pulls the ocean waters into massive tides. On the average the Moon raises the entire ocean surface about six feet as the earth rotates. In a particular bay, the rise and fall may be far larger, due to the shape of the bay. In the Bay of Fundy, tides can rise 50 feet. So in ocean tides, there is an average level, and a "personalized" level for each bay.
The same thing applies to the effect of the Moon on markets. There is an average effect, and a "personalized effect." But what is it that is being tugged by the Moon? What links the Moon to the intraday price swings? The link is through the earth's electric field. As the solar wind carries ionized particles from the sun, they form a charged layer around the earth, called the ionosphere. That layer charges up to about +300,000 volts. The earth's surface, upon which we stand, is the zero volt end of that battery. You, me, all of us, stand in that electric field. It places a voltage of about 250 volts on our heads. It causes a current of 250,000 nanoamperes to flow though us. Our brains work on currents near one nanoampere. So these external currents are much, much larger than our bio-currents. When these currents surge, we feel them as emotions. And when we feel emotional, we trade emotionally! So prices move up and down with tides in these currents. These tides can change 20 percent in a few hours.
The Moon is a major contributor to these tides in the earth's electric field. At new Moon, the Moon is between the earth and the sun. It traps charges, lowering the voltage on the ionosphere, and on us. We feel down and sad. At full Moon, the Moon reflects charges that have passed the earth back into the ionosphere, raising the voltage. We feel giddy and happy. We trade according to how we feel.
As the earth rotates, it moves the stock and commodity exchanges past the Moon every day. It moves them under the Moon, away from the Moon, and to Moonrise and Moonset positions. These four positions can be found in the intraday price actions of stocks and commodities. Each stock or commodity has a different sensitivity to these electric tides. Just as the shape of a bay determines the response of the bay to the average tides, the nature of the market determines the response of the market to the Moon tides in the earth's electric field.
Learning to compute tides has taken mankind several hundred years. Only with the invention of the computer and intense mathematical modeling has the goal been reached. So it should come as no surprise that the Moon's electric tides have not been computed - until now. After many years of effort, I have learned to compute the Moon tides that effect the S&P 500. This is a very difficult task, and one I am proud to have accomplished.
Unlike the ocean tides, there are TWO Moon tides, a positive one and a negative one. They are caused by the counter-rotating waves set up in the earth's electric field. So one never has a perfect picture of which way prices will go, just when they will turn.
This is what leads to chaos is markets. The two forces work against each other, as the buyers and the sellers compete. When these forces balance, prices congest. When one force wins a temporary advantage, prices move rapidly - we call that chaos. Several examples will show just how powerful the Moon is in the S&P 500.
