IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER IN FORECASTING) e2 N; K: T3 x+ q9 b, n

! P! R" N7 M2 e' cTIME  is  the most  important  factor of all, and not until sufficient  time has expired does any
$ l8 L, U2 y2 Tbig move  up  or  down,  start.    The  Time  factor  will  overbalance  both  Space  and  Volume.  
+ ^+ G1 c. T2 s; lWhen Time  is up, space movement will start and big volume will begin, either up or down.  7 G( K5 E: e. N! j# F7 ]; O9 q
At  the end of any big movement –  with monthly, weekly, or daily –  Time, must be allowed
% O; y6 I# w( W! Ffor accumulation or distribution.1 t" c/ W& ]3 y
6 z4 M+ T# Q3 ?7 \$ X' Z5 y3 s4 X/ X
Consider each individual stock and determine its trend from its position, according to distance
8 t( r; f7 M5 C( e  u) L2 F% t( Qin time from bottom or top.  Each stock works out its 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 15, 20, 30, 50 and 60-) Q5 b3 X* ?8 m/ @* N3 N
year  cycles  from  its  own  base  or  bottoms  and  tops,  regardless  of  the movements  of  other
! e  W  O: u0 Z# k) Ostocks, even those  in  the same group.   Therefore, judge each stock  individually and keep up
( [9 q4 C+ G) Q$ |; F0 n2 kweekly and monthly charts on them.

# Y3 r  X  X% c5 W& S; K9 r  NNever decide  that  the main  trend has  changed one way or  the other without  consulting  the
4 v: R2 C: L; m7 q- J1 O8 D8 Tangles  from  top or bottom  and without  considering  the position of  the market and  cycle of   S' h; _0 I& @/ X& ^8 q$ F% P
each individual stock.
+ J* w, `2 n. V! B  R3 ?) h& K+ ^
. N% Z# e! a9 A: `Always consider the annual forecast and whether the big time limit has run out or not before
* Z8 T" G1 `: E9 K  A& |judging a reverse move.  Do not fail to consider the indications on Time, both from main tops
0 q8 q* b4 b5 F, m0 o, o/ r, e1 }/ yand bottoms, also Volume of Sales and position on Geometrical Angles.% G0 o/ `$ o; w# D7 r
0 a0 e4 E' @" S6 H' U. q7 \& q( ~. P
A daily chart gives the first short change, which may run for 7 to 10 days; the Weekly Chart ( L8 [/ u7 J& {' J9 f2 t+ d1 H
gives the next important change in trend; and the Monthly the strongest.  Remember, weekly
0 N8 ]+ V1 o" u3 N# p+ Hmoves run 3 to 7 weeks, monthly moves 2 to 3 months or more, according to the yearly cycle,
; J  ?$ e. S' ~  g% bbefore reversing.9 {- f1 X' w4 u$ D% B, C- H4 [6 Z

# b4 D3 M% {5 c$ vYearly bottoms and  tops:  it  is important to know whether a stock  is making higher or  lower 0 o. `$ J- I. H6 A2 \  ?2 e
bottoms each year.  For instance, if a stock has made a higher bottom each year for five years, 0 w- h9 z  k( I. Q. n' O! K
then makes a lower bottom than the previous year, it is a sign of reversal and may mark a long . b' h( R- [0 _" U+ N( p/ p& }
down cycle.  The same rule applies when stocks are making lower tops for a number of years ( x+ ~# g$ w/ Q# R& [: q; B
in a bear market.
# j, r3 Y/ t/ q& l8 u( g) ]6 e
$ _+ j3 p! L* q; |2 n: W4 aWhen extreme advances or declines occur, the first time the market reverses over 1/4 to 1/2 of * Q; Y! @4 i/ I# h6 L4 H
the distance covered  in  the previous movement, you consider  that  the  trend has changed, at / X4 t" l5 p+ O4 m& w
least temporarily.
2 _8 T7 U) B  l6 W0 `! z
9 F7 w( d; s! v  Y, ]* x% A1 D- CIt  is important to watch space movements.   When Time is running out one way or the other, / M1 |0 v: @& E
space movements will show a reversal by breaking back over 1/4, 1/3 or 1/2 of the distance of
1 A  M' D  \1 xthe  last move  from  extreme  low  to  extreme  high, which  indicates  that  the main  trend  has 0 O$ }) U9 n0 ?
changed.
/ ]1 i+ D6 v0 j, m  ]0 Q% M
& P0 s% ?' ~  R3 iStudy  all  the  instructions  and  rules  that  I have given  you;  read  them over  several  times,  as
8 I1 |$ t( J8 s9 L  i, n% g9 z" leach time they will become clearer to you.  Study the charts and work out the rules in actual
* ?% l" M3 c) j: _practice as well as on past performance.  In this way, you will make progress and will realize . Y6 I3 L% B& ?/ ~' b
and appreciate the value of my Method of Forecasting.
