IMPORTANT POINTS TO REMEMBER IN FORECASTING# y. J/ d+ L+ {! b" V

' z* D7 M1 a: d  [; U+ C# UTIME  is  the most  important  factor of all, and not until sufficient  time has expired does any
# u7 ~& k+ H& s( s; f3 c/ Q4 J5 Dbig move  up  or  down,  start.    The  Time  factor  will  overbalance  both  Space  and  Volume.  + J9 g+ u$ I1 Y5 |# p2 u
When Time  is up, space movement will start and big volume will begin, either up or down.  # J. P: r/ U( X2 w$ g+ H& I. Q. W# V
At  the end of any big movement –  with monthly, weekly, or daily –  Time, must be allowed
* ]+ @- Z0 o, R2 l6 u9 e) @for accumulation or distribution.
0 I: B) o2 \# i: \0 d* l, s% d' I3 a" j' h6 D
Consider each individual stock and determine its trend from its position, according to distance 5 i  _/ j. k7 P4 f9 {# f
in time from bottom or top.  Each stock works out its 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10, 15, 20, 30, 50 and 60-: F' d% L7 o+ v% Y
year  cycles  from  its  own  base  or  bottoms  and  tops,  regardless  of  the movements  of  other   z( G6 T% `" E' v* B
stocks, even those  in  the same group.   Therefore, judge each stock  individually and keep up
: N3 {  t5 ?& c" u7 z: c' fweekly and monthly charts on them.

9 B3 |, }9 b( {) e+ V2 `6 D# A3 D* {Never decide  that  the main  trend has  changed one way or  the other without  consulting  the
8 _# R  ~8 x" w, N  Bangles  from  top or bottom  and without  considering  the position of  the market and  cycle of 8 r- K" K* r, `' U0 s
each individual stock.2 R+ \7 m2 ^# V! u! Y( A( Q
8 W1 k. `. r5 ^4 W5 p
Always consider the annual forecast and whether the big time limit has run out or not before # v" F" O+ ^& _. W* |; q
judging a reverse move.  Do not fail to consider the indications on Time, both from main tops
/ f4 w7 c' [! k1 Y! w" ~4 fand bottoms, also Volume of Sales and position on Geometrical Angles.
, o, j+ K) l6 B, |! I# m# b' l. u7 a% q3 Y' S
A daily chart gives the first short change, which may run for 7 to 10 days; the Weekly Chart
, |) k- l& F' l+ E0 pgives the next important change in trend; and the Monthly the strongest.  Remember, weekly
! @( @0 a; ^9 L8 i1 Lmoves run 3 to 7 weeks, monthly moves 2 to 3 months or more, according to the yearly cycle, 9 A6 M6 V7 `$ x" N0 s! u! L! ]
before reversing.
! }# j- ]# h9 ^; ?! R" L/ b- Q6 D6 I! ]9 R$ s8 ~  _' z8 m
Yearly bottoms and  tops:  it  is important to know whether a stock  is making higher or  lower 4 Q3 X: C. I4 o! r8 j  b" I  k4 a3 C- h
bottoms each year.  For instance, if a stock has made a higher bottom each year for five years, + Z* S- @; h1 W% d% g# d/ R0 R
then makes a lower bottom than the previous year, it is a sign of reversal and may mark a long
1 S* [0 s2 `; Q" H: |3 T! ?down cycle.  The same rule applies when stocks are making lower tops for a number of years
. N9 V3 M. C$ t8 n/ Oin a bear market." g7 p  y8 J: X* P% e  ?

When extreme advances or declines occur, the first time the market reverses over 1/4 to 1/2 of
- M: O; N# I- b9 [1 Fthe distance covered  in  the previous movement, you consider  that  the  trend has changed, at 4 {+ \) s+ o6 x4 x7 Q$ ^
least temporarily.. f2 J+ c% {/ I  ^" m

It  is important to watch space movements.   When Time is running out one way or the other, 9 T7 a4 n. C& O) b
space movements will show a reversal by breaking back over 1/4, 1/3 or 1/2 of the distance of % |0 h' D4 `( Y' C
the  last move  from  extreme  low  to  extreme  high, which  indicates  that  the main  trend  has
0 W- X+ ^6 F9 `6 C: k3 R# Lchanged.  E5 K+ n1 \( f5 v1 Q

! t( n& [) {1 g9 ^8 DStudy  all  the  instructions  and  rules  that  I have given  you;  read  them over  several  times,  as
8 |; }, w3 U: g/ Q3 t8 {  teach time they will become clearer to you.  Study the charts and work out the rules in actual
8 l& ~" S. Y$ H4 wpractice as well as on past performance.  In this way, you will make progress and will realize . E: S. z2 ?8 o( m- z
