11 to 12: This  is  an  important  point  for  resistance,  both  on  Time  and  Price,
8 v4 J" {) w3 x) N: {; U5 abecause  12  equals  12 months  and  11¼  is  1/32  of  a  circle  of  1/2  of 9 Z0 k3 \) U6 e$ j  [
22½°." u  _6 Z$ t1 M# l& }& f
15 and 16: The  next  important  resistance  point  is  16,  the  square  of  4.    15  is
% H1 Y, @0 |5 \* L8 gimportant because it is 1¼ years.
: N6 T# M8 F0 s# P; e18: An  important  number  for  resistance  in Time  and  Price  because  it  is
0 z  p3 A4 u7 t  X% E1 ytwice 9, 1½ times 12, 1/20th of a circle.
0 j  S- A+ L/ `5 J6 w0 W# {$ k20½: The half-way point between 16 and 25, therefore important at times.
) ]+ C2 k6 r; Q9 W22½ and 24: 22½ is 1/16 of a circle, 1/2 of 45.  The reason why stocks often make 7 Z2 M3 r  i1 o+ t4 o* j% K
top or bottom in the 23rd month is because the angle of 22½° comes
) C9 F  O. l! ]0 ]' H+ Sout at this point.
& ~9 O- F6 @; w24 and 25: These are very important because 24 is twice 12 and 25 is the square
# T! X3 E- _6 Tof 5 and 1/4 of 100.# ~/ }7 l7 Q0 ^
26: When you consider  the square of 4, which is 16, and the even square   x. B7 I' D7 p6 N8 B# V
of  6, which  is  36,  the  half-way  point  between  them  is  26, which  is
" i3 W3 S9 V8 A; F; Vsometimes an important resistance point for Time and Price.
  L+ d+ D: G/ W6 b; ?# O( M0 `27 and 28: Important  tops and bottoms often come out around 27  to 28 months, 3 [! o0 }- U6 i! f2 V: M/ p
and major or minor campaigns end on this time period.  The reason for + W/ L8 N8 [+ B) X6 E# d
this is that 4 times 7 is 28 and that 28 is 2-1/3 years.  Three times 9 is
0 ~9 X( I) g( H4 N27  and  anything  that comes out on multiples of 3  is very  important,
! @. m2 v& r% `1 z! Vbecause it is the first odd number that we can square, as the square of
- T% H" M+ u% p$ S3 a1 is 1.# W( T- I4 }$ K0 E) l0 O/ x
30: Any half-way point or gravity centre is also important.  Therefore, 30, $ x+ ?* O8 A% x; N
which  is 2½ years,  is  an  important  time period  for  changes  in  trend.  
$ D3 @1 n9 g$ T/ `+ J* j% gBecause 30½ is the half-way point between 25, the square of 25, and 4 e. u) V. F2 Q
36, the square of 6, it makes this period important.
7 f7 v9 b4 W  Q34 to 36: 33¾ is 3/4 of 45.  You will recall that the bear campaign which ended
7 t/ J+ ~' h. s& din  July,  1932,  was  34  months  from  the  1929  top.    It  is  always
- [8 c" }# n9 k5 W( w7 {important  to  watch  for  changes  in  trend  around  the  34th  to  36th
$ ^+ F1 Q6 H. K1 v- g; ]months.  36 being the square of 6 makes this a strong resistance point.  ' _0 b! \) x1 m9 ]: i2 d
Three times 12 or the end of the 3rd year is another reason for strong
- ^6 }7 h7 U5 Q! o1 H" C  c7 c# bresistance at this point.
* H2 p5 C7 F* @7 F% m  X' f39 and 40: 40  is a number  referred  to many  times  in  the Bible.   The children of
8 s& l6 j+ @% {9 p* j, `Israel wandered 40 years in the wilderness.   The food lasted 40 days.  + `- i+ |* i+ B+ X
40 equals 3-1/3 years.  7/8 of 45 is 39-3/8.  Forty is 1/9 of a circle.  All % T1 m$ O& ^7 ^3 ?" ~; |; y
of this makes these numbers important for time periods and resistance + k: }% h+ w! A) Y* m
levels on price.+ @! a  [+ d& w4 x
42: is the next important number for resistance in Time and Price.  It is 3½ ' A. W- z% u* u2 ]5 Z2 c) C
years of time or 1/2 of a 7-year cycle.  Also, 42½ is the half-way point # m. k" N1 d; l0 H
between the square of 6 and the square of 7.7 {4 e: j& D' r+ L
45: This is the master of all numbers because it contains all the digits from 9 U' [5 [& G- p5 x- M' b$ u
1  to  9.    The  45°  angle  divides  the  90°  angle  in  half, making  it  an
4 h3 Q0 z) j; Eimportant gravity centre.   It  is 1/8 of 360 and 5 times 9.   Fast moves " L0 m7 t. ]5 h) I( E4 j
up or down often occur in the 45th month.  On any kind of chart that % Z: I# w3 B) j2 G- t( @' Q. `
you make up with squares, you will find that 45 will come out on the ! y, b  F, h9 E" B" J. n
45°  angle  or  a  90°  angle  or  an  angle  that  is  the  equivalent  of  these - X# D& \9 n3 \/ s& O! o
angles.  Notice how 45 comes out on the square of 9, the square of 20
8 q# Q* A% N% c/ X# x  iand the square of 12, all proving that 45 is a Master Number.  Use 45 ; k; b2 U4 u. w# x8 z0 y
in every way possible  for measuring Price, Time, Space and Volume - V* c) e8 R" ]# x; o* Q
movements.- p) F, d2 g/ r7 I- d
48 and 49: are strong and important numbers for changes in trend.   49 is 7 times
1 r9 X; n. M8 p& `& i7, or the square of 7, and 48 is 4 times 12, or the end of the 4th year.  3 j0 {7 R9 j1 s2 K
On a decline to 49 to 50, a stock often meets resistance and has a good 3 d8 _+ ?& z( R* a* v! W
rally from this point.  The same with a stock on an advance to around 9 {, q% L2 A( Y
49  to  50,  meeting  resistance  around  this  point  and  reacting  to  45
' w# N- P$ _, p6 L7 H" y9 E9 n; Q' {0 K! panyway.) Z( s2 g1 c- L7 y+ l
50: is  important because it  is one-half of 100.   If we add 5-5/8  to 45, we ; e+ J7 j! O1 M* H
get 50-5/8.0 Z+ C+ v5 H* b' `9 N
52: This  number  has  some  importance  because  there  are  52 weeks  in  a
# s( X- z1 ^0 A9 Y3 Tyear and 51-7/8  is one-seventh of a circle of 360°.    It  is 4-1/3 years.  
9 F% N1 A2 Y% j" {3 n0 B& _52½  is  the  half-way  point  between  45  and  60,  which  makes  this
. J, V4 S) z" }* M( W6 q8 |( C& zimportant to watch for resistance.
9 S& u/ I. \+ A: U8 ^+ |9 L56 and 57: These are very important because 56¼ is 45 plus 11¼ or the half-way ) _% E3 J+ T+ X$ o4 Z
point between 45 and 67½.  56½ is the half-way point between 49 and
7 E6 i% A* |6 @* [64.
4 @' n' `4 `& y! H! C60: This is one of  the very important numbers to watch for resistance.   It
+ H" m( h% |. O% ]. Lis an important time period because it equals 5 years in time or 1/2 of ( a! o, w7 [4 j5 c! n9 C1 U
the  10-year  cycle  or  1/4  of  a  20-year  cycle.    It  is  one  of  the most % Z" ~0 `1 k1 o/ V; j
important  time periods  after 45  to 49.   60  is 1/6 of  the circle.   Here + ]# @1 q! }$ i; P- Y% L; |) Q
again we use the rule of 3, multiplying 20 by 3, we get 60.   60 is 1/3 % f. W2 f0 E1 L+ c
of 180 and  the halfway point between 45 and 75.   Watch stocks  that . m4 F, T  k& g0 _- D
advance to around 60 or decline to around 60.  If they hesitate several
5 n( a5 I8 G! {7 `days, weeks or months, you will know that they are meeting resistance
! \+ T3 u* ~. ^- c, ]3 {at this point and a reverse move will occur.! b8 t! _* E* d# c) o; j
63 to 64: 62½ is 5/8 of 100.  63 is 7 times 9.  64 is the square of 8, and is 5-1/3
" L" X& y0 p7 F5 s: v  y6 B8 `1 Ayears, and the next important point to watch after 60.9 J6 [) q8 K3 Z- `8 ~
66 and 67: 66 is 5½ years or 5½ times 12.  67½ is 45 plus 22½ or 3/16 of a circle.: h$ Q  g- `* h: j$ f
70 to 72: The number 70 is referred to many times in the Bible.  It is three score 0 o9 Z4 _1 Z. U. ^
years and  ten,  the allotted span of  the  life of man.   70  is 7  times 10;
6 r' B, j. p7 z: I3½  times  the  20-year  cycle.    72  is  6  years  and  72½  is  the  halfway . W5 A- G% R$ |$ _  U( w) D: K
point between the square of 8 and the square of 9.  72 is 1/5 of 360.  It
# q# N4 P" e8 Wis also the square of 12 and a very important time period.
3 x0 L7 t& {4 z. y- D) }  W$ l78 to 80: These are all  important because 78-3/4  is 7/8 of 90; 80  is 4  times 20
9 {, I- I* D$ tand  twice 40.   80 equals 1/18 of 360° circle and  is 4/5 of 100.   The % `' |( P8 V* r5 j9 V
square of 9  is 81.   Great  resistance occurs around  these price  levels,
0 ~2 O( L( t2 yand  the  endings  and  beginnings  of  cycles  take  place  around  these
. J" b/ x; l- i) I0 ^7 umonths as you will find by looking them up on your charts.
2 r. o0 }/ N- ~/ W84 to 85: Strong  resistance  levels,  because  84-3/8  is  15/16  of  90  and  84  is  7
" T( e3 i2 r# |# @3 z. Ttimes  12  and  equals  the  7-year  cycle.    At  this  point,  the  greatest
7 s2 t" c0 e( `4 `7 V9 _1 Lresistance  is met before a stock  reaches  the 90th month or a price of 4 X3 Q7 I8 v3 ?
90.   After  it breaks under 90,  it  is  the  first  important  resistance  level
% @" E' |- k6 r0 ]below 90.2 l2 q$ {+ L3 ^7 }
89 and 90: 90  is  one  of  the  strongest  points  of  all  because  it  equals  a  vertical
( e4 g& k7 f% m/ l; {! [angle  and  represents  1/4  of  the  circle.    90½  is  the  half-way  point
* @+ X4 e  n7 w# X% p* |between 81 and 100,  the square of 9 and  the square of 10.    In active 5 s7 B# k1 Y) X' T
markets, moves  straight  up  and  straight  down  occur when  the  90th 9 \- r% ^9 e, G/ Q5 X1 d2 Y. m. G& j
month, 90th week or 90th day is reached.  The 90th month is the most $ |8 v1 y' J  L
important, but the 90th week is also quite important.( |7 z' i+ g) s# n
You  should  always watch  the  89th month  for  tops  and  bottoms  and
+ e; G( o, @8 ^+ m" q9 k% Dimportant changes in trend.  Many important campaigns begin and end # i/ i; T! N! J) P* M9 L
in  the  89th  month;  some  run  to  the  91st  month.    Note  U.S.  Steel 3 B8 X' E- [, G& V" T5 E, h' o4 k* \6 ^
monthly 1915 to 1916 and see what happened around the 89th to 90th 7 Y' f- N/ v5 S. R1 D1 g5 d9 ~
months.
% |9 w% M5 P, j' F7 c" Q8 `( F" Z$ UOn  the daily chart  the change often comes on  the 92nd  to 93rd day, . Z% i6 o$ n1 [* G
but a movement often runs to around the 98th day before an important ' k! T! D* {+ i
change.  It is important to watch this point on a daily chart.
6 v/ P* @# [- n! K* c7 y95 to 96: This  is  8  times  12.    95-5/8  is  90  plus  5-5/8  and  quite  a  strong   W$ w1 x6 f" q/ n5 @' Y6 @$ Z3 C
resistance  level for price and  time changes.   When an  important  time
0 U( C, }( W5 D8 J7 Y3 hperiod  comes  out  on  the  96th  to  98th month,  you will  often  find  an
/ ~' |2 Y4 m: u; s" E/ timportant change in trend because this is 8 times 12 and starts the 9th 6 M! `" Y7 @! J  T
year.    The  9th  year  is  always  important  and  marks  the  ending  of * G8 f8 D/ \6 a# v; Z7 J) C
important campaigns with extreme high or low prices.
6 m# r! R: A! T3 V6 l5 F7 T' w/ EStocks often advance to 95 to 97 and fail to make 100; then they often
! U1 o6 n' Y  s# \7 V5 [7 Sdecline to 97 to 95 and meet strong support, rally and cross 100 again.% r8 o3 y+ N9 b
99 to 100: Important because 100 is the square of 10.  99 is 11 times 9.  100 is a ) M5 ^3 g; r) D$ h9 Z  |9 ~5 s& i
psychological  number  for  the  public  to  buy  and  sell,  or  to  hope  for
+ [1 s7 l  k6 K: G/ |" Lprices to reach.  Stocks often go to 99 and fail to make 100 and often
7 k. o9 T6 a# B6 E0 ^decline to 99 and then start up again.
" _, Y& o: m6 _2 c; ]. Z$ CStudy all of these important squares and gravity centers or half-way points and the 5 _9 d5 s; [* j  s& O1 ~$ r, Y
squares  of  numbers  above  12,  as  shown  on  the  360° Circle Chart.   All  of  these ! A0 o; f; R; y. I2 G! T7 R* V
mathematical  points will  help  you  to  determine  changes  in  trend  and  resistance
