11 to 12: This  is  an  important  point  for  resistance,  both  on  Time  and  Price, . {0 t% K/ N2 `/ s( W
because  12  equals  12 months  and  11¼  is  1/32  of  a  circle  of  1/2  of
/ u: R, `. o1 M$ q7 m22½°.
, H! w- r% A  p; d/ X15 and 16: The  next  important  resistance  point  is  16,  the  square  of  4.    15  is * a! I9 u% S8 V" x3 w7 `
important because it is 1¼ years.
$ a. h+ p9 M4 W. H/ k18: An  important  number  for  resistance  in Time  and  Price  because  it  is
6 F+ x1 r1 Q* }# [1 O+ Otwice 9, 1½ times 12, 1/20th of a circle.' j$ A9 P+ M, P  B7 l
20½: The half-way point between 16 and 25, therefore important at times.
* q( v0 o$ B. ?# }: v6 C5 j" K22½ and 24: 22½ is 1/16 of a circle, 1/2 of 45.  The reason why stocks often make - X! [9 n: g1 Q# X4 d4 }
top or bottom in the 23rd month is because the angle of 22½° comes
# X, ~) [5 [- Q. cout at this point.
6 v: L( n/ t; W4 z% R24 and 25: These are very important because 24 is twice 12 and 25 is the square 7 J+ h" w: W! R. [
of 5 and 1/4 of 100.; l5 x1 m0 Z  j& C, U
26: When you consider  the square of 4, which is 16, and the even square
" z- B7 t8 N; P5 L6 rof  6, which  is  36,  the  half-way  point  between  them  is  26, which  is
& z+ C$ f+ L1 _7 D# V( Z! h) bsometimes an important resistance point for Time and Price.
2 d1 z. d4 g- w6 Q4 _& N/ D3 }% [6 f27 and 28: Important  tops and bottoms often come out around 27  to 28 months, * i4 i! {$ Z- X8 l5 U
and major or minor campaigns end on this time period.  The reason for
/ L  {) j! M! N, Ethis is that 4 times 7 is 28 and that 28 is 2-1/3 years.  Three times 9 is 5 _3 Q2 l5 p$ s2 g+ j: b/ S
27  and  anything  that comes out on multiples of 3  is very  important,
6 Y% L) Y5 d/ U4 z! D, D' Xbecause it is the first odd number that we can square, as the square of
+ G# k# s% l" u4 V: B9 x- u1 is 1., W5 C% @+ E" o  O
30: Any half-way point or gravity centre is also important.  Therefore, 30,
% \8 r: O5 O- k3 F. Cwhich  is 2½ years,  is  an  important  time period  for  changes  in  trend.  
) U1 y2 v  a- p. y) S8 U3 x  FBecause 30½ is the half-way point between 25, the square of 25, and 0 d2 V$ k5 w6 Y/ T+ m$ G
36, the square of 6, it makes this period important.. j7 E0 `' c. W/ M6 a
34 to 36: 33¾ is 3/4 of 45.  You will recall that the bear campaign which ended
% w6 A! V7 c+ I* r) a& i+ {in  July,  1932,  was  34  months  from  the  1929  top.    It  is  always 7 G6 H4 ^% q- E6 L6 K7 Z' P3 A
important  to  watch  for  changes  in  trend  around  the  34th  to  36th
* Y: B" U9 ]) g7 @& Vmonths.  36 being the square of 6 makes this a strong resistance point.  
/ O, g) i. a; `& PThree times 12 or the end of the 3rd year is another reason for strong
8 f  ]/ O  E3 |# _5 @6 F# xresistance at this point.
- V9 z. A0 M0 A( w39 and 40: 40  is a number  referred  to many  times  in  the Bible.   The children of
' W0 S0 C- R" }" J2 B# ^" ZIsrael wandered 40 years in the wilderness.   The food lasted 40 days.  9 |2 F0 Z! m5 A1 j  d
40 equals 3-1/3 years.  7/8 of 45 is 39-3/8.  Forty is 1/9 of a circle.  All + ?$ v) _; B* w( |1 y+ m
of this makes these numbers important for time periods and resistance " Y. u' x. d3 [1 U) y3 E) e9 Y9 O
levels on price.
9 M% C/ ^/ u6 j0 R& f42: is the next important number for resistance in Time and Price.  It is 3½ " Y# G' `" U( X
years of time or 1/2 of a 7-year cycle.  Also, 42½ is the half-way point
- t0 \% d: ?) k4 X  Y' fbetween the square of 6 and the square of 7.
8 W. e( H" Q) Y' {. t8 r45: This is the master of all numbers because it contains all the digits from
- Q0 U9 R1 y' ~1  to  9.    The  45°  angle  divides  the  90°  angle  in  half, making  it  an + |# n) f' I: V: I
important gravity centre.   It  is 1/8 of 360 and 5 times 9.   Fast moves
2 ]9 T! ]. J0 a% lup or down often occur in the 45th month.  On any kind of chart that
+ p; e7 w0 t7 d# I: t) B3 p/ hyou make up with squares, you will find that 45 will come out on the . x) |+ M% I( g4 ?
45°  angle  or  a  90°  angle  or  an  angle  that  is  the  equivalent  of  these
! e/ F/ x. e  y! l- e# bangles.  Notice how 45 comes out on the square of 9, the square of 20
. R8 ]1 n. X" Uand the square of 12, all proving that 45 is a Master Number.  Use 45
* Q0 X  `) x: ~5 c$ Fin every way possible  for measuring Price, Time, Space and Volume ( d* a2 Y; o9 [. t* O
movements.
6 U3 {8 b3 x4 f+ p. q' V% z48 and 49: are strong and important numbers for changes in trend.   49 is 7 times
1 h- `+ K9 u1 A% H! {5 F7, or the square of 7, and 48 is 4 times 12, or the end of the 4th year.  3 T; T/ d9 c- J! D: K+ }! o
On a decline to 49 to 50, a stock often meets resistance and has a good
! D& j! X1 `6 J4 C: Vrally from this point.  The same with a stock on an advance to around , N, P* e7 m6 v' T* S1 t3 p7 O/ ]
49  to  50,  meeting  resistance  around  this  point  and  reacting  to  45
9 x6 }; W5 g& y3 N6 Z+ [# nanyway.
1 |6 @, q- n; Y. ?/ N8 L50: is  important because it  is one-half of 100.   If we add 5-5/8  to 45, we
, h: h) b. `( r9 T8 Cget 50-5/8.5 H4 {! \* x3 u! n
52: This  number  has  some  importance  because  there  are  52 weeks  in  a
) s2 s9 B8 }/ Z5 q# Cyear and 51-7/8  is one-seventh of a circle of 360°.    It  is 4-1/3 years.  % E/ h9 X% r$ `- v
52½  is  the  half-way  point  between  45  and  60,  which  makes  this
' f8 b% @4 _; F! j1 x9 dimportant to watch for resistance.
% k6 U1 h: U0 P+ k: W" s) k" I56 and 57: These are very important because 56¼ is 45 plus 11¼ or the half-way
' [7 |* t3 C# v2 q$ f5 }5 O9 opoint between 45 and 67½.  56½ is the half-way point between 49 and 9 t5 o$ E, N; }
64.5 w  E+ V6 j  S0 ?
60: This is one of  the very important numbers to watch for resistance.   It " F4 ~1 }+ `$ j( H
is an important time period because it equals 5 years in time or 1/2 of / T# Z+ k* O4 Q9 l. P
the  10-year  cycle  or  1/4  of  a  20-year  cycle.    It  is  one  of  the most 2 u* w5 W4 Z. G) R: t. k
important  time periods  after 45  to 49.   60  is 1/6 of  the circle.   Here , {  s  a. X( z! c
again we use the rule of 3, multiplying 20 by 3, we get 60.   60 is 1/3 1 O# n/ b* k$ S- H+ ^. B' f
of 180 and  the halfway point between 45 and 75.   Watch stocks  that
- X$ a5 E8 G& C0 q# A( w2 A. Iadvance to around 60 or decline to around 60.  If they hesitate several ; n! W( u2 t, [* y% z  c
days, weeks or months, you will know that they are meeting resistance
6 Y( d& E' l5 d5 G& ^; b- R2 Qat this point and a reverse move will occur.% t) g2 Q$ I9 U3 M) _2 O
63 to 64: 62½ is 5/8 of 100.  63 is 7 times 9.  64 is the square of 8, and is 5-1/3 " C) F# u0 h5 j
years, and the next important point to watch after 60.. P6 ?1 p; m3 f+ j- {
66 and 67: 66 is 5½ years or 5½ times 12.  67½ is 45 plus 22½ or 3/16 of a circle.' [0 `% j5 U7 b7 [
70 to 72: The number 70 is referred to many times in the Bible.  It is three score
5 o. {  Z% g/ Z0 w: u& \9 dyears and  ten,  the allotted span of  the  life of man.   70  is 7  times 10;
1 ]" `; f, `% e0 |3½  times  the  20-year  cycle.    72  is  6  years  and  72½  is  the  halfway
* P  Q4 L2 q4 T$ h, xpoint between the square of 8 and the square of 9.  72 is 1/5 of 360.  It + |5 Y: a1 f! v9 _( D$ e* ^
is also the square of 12 and a very important time period.
5 }& b+ O8 ^+ p: Q8 V78 to 80: These are all  important because 78-3/4  is 7/8 of 90; 80  is 4  times 20 : @8 S# O7 Q! [! G
and  twice 40.   80 equals 1/18 of 360° circle and  is 4/5 of 100.   The
9 X2 y1 C9 R* g7 M& qsquare of 9  is 81.   Great  resistance occurs around  these price  levels,
3 Q3 ?, l1 h9 S4 ~$ x9 M( p" K6 hand  the  endings  and  beginnings  of  cycles  take  place  around  these
& g0 x! T* ^1 ~: Smonths as you will find by looking them up on your charts.
% ^' p' @# E7 u84 to 85: Strong  resistance  levels,  because  84-3/8  is  15/16  of  90  and  84  is  7 , r; r! E4 z. Y& Z) r
times  12  and  equals  the  7-year  cycle.    At  this  point,  the  greatest , v( N: L" x8 |7 |  c: ^
resistance  is met before a stock  reaches  the 90th month or a price of
/ O6 l5 _" G) A3 J& p! K: I& V5 t90.   After  it breaks under 90,  it  is  the  first  important  resistance  level
: M5 R) E( I% f5 H9 z7 x9 sbelow 90.
' k2 e5 Y% x! ^$ n4 I+ ^. p89 and 90: 90  is  one  of  the  strongest  points  of  all  because  it  equals  a  vertical 7 ~' e( J/ p8 j5 @
angle  and  represents  1/4  of  the  circle.    90½  is  the  half-way  point 7 _2 C% {8 D2 P3 w: b" O3 p
between 81 and 100,  the square of 9 and  the square of 10.    In active
2 c# B' m/ Z1 W: K/ c% T- nmarkets, moves  straight  up  and  straight  down  occur when  the  90th
7 B6 b  F* Q4 Omonth, 90th week or 90th day is reached.  The 90th month is the most
* m7 @2 F- e+ H: Uimportant, but the 90th week is also quite important.
; }) ~6 N* w" L, d3 P( ~8 xYou  should  always watch  the  89th month  for  tops  and  bottoms  and ! n: K& s+ B. B; ?
important changes in trend.  Many important campaigns begin and end
) y5 l3 s% \) `$ u3 sin  the  89th  month;  some  run  to  the  91st  month.    Note  U.S.  Steel 5 U7 T- ]4 P) x$ l
monthly 1915 to 1916 and see what happened around the 89th to 90th
+ M$ e) |" V. U8 ^months.
6 W( I3 b4 ~& h+ e4 \( _0 x" jOn  the daily chart  the change often comes on  the 92nd  to 93rd day, % {& s" _8 h0 S' u& p% K# g2 O
but a movement often runs to around the 98th day before an important $ y" b; E  _1 s& C1 w, s; }
change.  It is important to watch this point on a daily chart.
  ~) c  M; b6 c8 I& Q2 ^; g95 to 96: This  is  8  times  12.    95-5/8  is  90  plus  5-5/8  and  quite  a  strong
8 x8 y7 N) x3 iresistance  level for price and  time changes.   When an  important  time : `# v: s4 e" [  M. ~2 R3 i+ |
period  comes  out  on  the  96th  to  98th month,  you will  often  find  an
' n+ {0 s. S+ Nimportant change in trend because this is 8 times 12 and starts the 9th
  _; H7 {3 I/ [4 d) ]. \year.    The  9th  year  is  always  important  and  marks  the  ending  of 1 N8 G" r4 G  @$ n9 f
important campaigns with extreme high or low prices.* Q; _# r* g2 Y  C
Stocks often advance to 95 to 97 and fail to make 100; then they often
$ Y! f" F4 D$ X) ]! U, n0 fdecline to 97 to 95 and meet strong support, rally and cross 100 again.8 s: @# ?( E2 I9 ^( S; O
99 to 100: Important because 100 is the square of 10.  99 is 11 times 9.  100 is a 4 `+ D2 S+ Q$ h, U" \7 I3 e4 d
psychological  number  for  the  public  to  buy  and  sell,  or  to  hope  for
7 T6 v6 A1 r8 Z. v' hprices to reach.  Stocks often go to 99 and fail to make 100 and often
, j1 n5 O; G# cdecline to 99 and then start up again.9 i; G+ G& H+ L% p; ]7 H
Study all of these important squares and gravity centers or half-way points and the
: B4 m4 ~; Y+ T/ _' C$ V8 @squares  of  numbers  above  12,  as  shown  on  the  360° Circle Chart.   All  of  these * F. C8 V( h2 f. Z; W# L$ t" U
mathematical  points will  help  you  to  determine  changes  in  trend  and  resistance 3 c) a2 K- C5 S7 V1 L! G- w
points.
